Well yeah the CBI is still the same, that is not what i was saying.

Why has this site/paper zeroed out?

Are others zeroing out?

What would make them do that?

Will it post the new actual rate next time, it is changed from zeros?

After all that has been said in the last couple of days, is this a little sign something is changing?

As i said maybe something, maybe nothing, maybe a sign of things to come this weekend.

Do you really think that when this comes out, if it was a friday that they would care if the CBI is closed on or not?

All they have to do is login in to a computer, and it doesn't have to be open for that to happen.
