"Gate" Baghdad - an MP from the State of Law bloc in Parliament on Alfalh in a statement on Monday that "there are understandings between the political blocs on the approval of the budget in 2013 and this means that nothing stands in front of approval."

Shouldn't that read "138 TRILLION dinars"? Did they RV to a buck and not tell us, or is it just a typo?

I've read other articles and translations, all have said "billion".
