RVPleaseToday
You know, the buy-in to play Dinar roulette was cheap enough, and the odds seemed better than the lottery. So, no regrets. But, you've got to acknowledge that the situation in Iraq politically is deteriorating quickly and that the increasing instability is making an RV seem pretty remote. I realize the guy is making fun of us; but, what's happening in Iraq is making his reasoning much more likely.

Think about it if the powers to be could take out Saddam, Ghaddafi, Mubarak that ruled with an iron fist for years Maliki is a little boy compared to those dictators Edited December 22, 2012 by easyrider
RVPleaseToday
Look at how long it took to take out those bad guys, though. And at what cost in money and lives. I'm afraid what is going on right now in Iraq with Maliki simply illustrates our inability to impose democracy on a country. mcjocky1
Listen up (please).. Easy has simplified the equation, Saddam Ghaddafi removed yes but at a cost and not to the powers that be, but at a cost to family's in most American states and for what return ? how much profit has been made and by whom, there is no fiscal cliff looming its all a fairy tale, it's a big story put out by the media (Govt. backed no doubt) to make Bushes statement that the war! would pay for itself a reality when the RV happens. Maliki was supported by American departments both by money and intelligence until they withdrew from Iraq but got their arses bitten by their lapdog who "grew up" and may be intelligent enough to grab and run when the time comes taking his Swiss accounts with him. Wide areas of Iraq are now worse off and under constant bombings and killings from lord knows how many diferent factions supported by who? Kuwait, Syria, Turkey even Western Countries possibly. There are still many Ex soldiers working in private security in Iraq and allmost all say that it is now a more dangerous place to be than before Maliki got the reigns handed to him. If Maliki is being used then those controlling him should be brought to justice for the thousands killed allready, NO MATTER who they are.
