Is anyone surprised the President Jalal Talabani, one of the few unifying figures in national politics, is in a coma in hospital after suffering a stroke? Well no one should be, as he has been running around trying to reach an agreement with the kurdish minority. At his old age of 79 years i'm certainly not surprised of his stroke running like a teenager.

Would this effect the RV absolutely note as no President in history has ever had a say in an RV.

Their are factors for an RV two take place and Iraq has most of these in place. Assets, Stable Goverment, CBI, Chapter 7 almost, but no President.

DV, please try to keep your Dinars, The RV is iminate know. Times are hard i understand, think what you can do for your families after the RV.
