BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Speaker of the Iraqi parliament Osama al-Nujaifi decided on Saturday to cancel the legislative recess until the approval of the 2013 budget.

"The parliament’s speaker announced the beginning of the second legislative term of the third legislative year without the recess until the approval of the budget," a source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

Baghdad (AIN) -The Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Osama al-Nijaifi, announced the start of the second legislative term of the third legislative year without taking the legislative holiday.

Parliamentary source told All Iraq News Agency "Nijaifi announced, during the regular session of Saturday, the start of legislative term of the 3rd legislative year without taking the Parliament its legislative holiday in order to vote on 2013 federal budget."

Earlier, the Parliament has decided to postpone the legislative holiday till achieve the vote on 2013 federal budget. /End/
