12-12-2012 Intel Guru Frank26 The FAA decided to open the air spaces in Iraq. They could have done this a long time ago, so you have to look at the timing. My contact believes the State Dept. did this. My contact in Iraq says it is not important for the flights coming into Iraq, but for the flights leaving Iraq. There are a lot of powerful people in Iraq with a lot of dinars. They want to get the best rate possible and they probably won't get it at the CBI. We are hoping it starts out at $1.17.

12-12-2012 Intel Guru Frank26 Well Fargo has told me they couldn't talk to me until Iraq is lifted from Chapter 7. They are not buying or selling dinar until the restrictions are lifted. A source said Wells Fargo is training people to exchange the Iraqi dinar. They were/are being trained from November 28th to the 12th of December. They were told "we will put you to work right away, we will have our holiday & then you will come right back at January 1st to get to work".

12-12-2012 Intel Guru Delta The plan is to RV, get out of Chapter 7 and then Maliki will be gone. There is a plan to have someone take Maliki's place. If they get rid of Maliki now, it will be a big disaster. The standby arrangement is only good for 3 years and was done in 2010. It expires on the 23rd of February and cannot be renewed. So, it should happen any day but not later than February 23rd.

FYI Wells Fargo, BOA, Sun Trust and many other Banks here in Florida are and will be closed on the first of January. I do realize it is very possible for banks to be open on the first of January by simply rolling the days transactions into the next business day.

But I highly doubt that is going ot happen because Frank said so... But hey what do I know I AINT SMAT ENUFF TO BE AN GURU!!

They could have done this a long time ago, and thank God they weren't left alone to get this stoned back then so you have to look at the timing which doesn't have a day'um thing to do with anything, but if you get hung up looking for something it gives me time to make up more stuff.. My contact believes the State Dept. did this, because he is as stupid as I am with it comes to understanding soverign borders. This of course has nothing whatsoever to do with the previous sentence, but I thought I would throw that out there, to sound like I knew about some magical connection. They want to get the best rate possible and they are going to cash in with me as should you I so go with me and not that pesky ole bank thingee cause they probably won't get it at the CBI. We are hoping it starts out at $1.17 which is a number I'm going to throw out there and not connect to any relative index so as to maintain plausible deniability.

To avoid me and keep me from bugging them, they said I couldnt talk to them again until Iraq is lifted from Chapter 7. They are not buying or selling dinar consistent with the position they have stated for years, but I am going to embellish and add that they won't until the restrictions are lifted. A source said Wells Fargo is training people to exchange the Iraqi dinar. My source said that hoping you were as stupid as this sounded, and as result you won't notice that exchanging Iraqi currency is no different than exchanging foreign currency from a hundred other places around the world day all day long, in hundreds of thousands of transactions throughout the world. They were/are being trained from November 28th to the 12th of December as none of them had advanced past the 5th grade, and a refresher on counting without using fingers and toes was necessary. They were told "we will put you to work right away, we will have our holiday & then you will come right back at January 1st to get to work". This of course has nothing to do with exchanging dinar, but they did say that.

Who gives a rat's tail that we have been saying this for over a year and he hasn't even moved to a diffferent house let alone from office. There is a plan to have someone take Maliki's place. If (in the absence of Maliki) that makes me Capt Obvious, then so be it. All of this is commentary on the obvious, guess I just got busted this time. If they get rid of Maliki now, it will be a big disaster. And by saying that it gives me a little wiggle room, as they haven't yet done what I said they would, months ago, and I am running out of excuses. The standby arrangement is only good for 3 years and was done in 2010. I have no idea what it says, but those dates are solid. It expires on the 23rd of February and cannot be renewed. Prohibition Against Certain Flights Within the Territory and Airspace of Iraq; Approval Process for Requests for Authorization to Operate in Iraqi Airspace

Special Federal Aviation Regulation No. 77--Prohibition Against Certain Flights Within the Territory and Airspace of Iraq

1. Applicability. This rule applies to the following persons:

(a ) All U.S. air carriers or commercial operators;

(b ) All persons exercising the privileges of an airman certificate issued by the FAA except such persons operating U.S.-registered aircraft for a foreign air carrier; or

(c ) All operators of aircraft registered in the United States except where the operator of such aircraft is a foreign air carrier.

2. Flight prohibition. No person may conduct flight operations over or within the territory of Iraq except as provided in

paragraphs 3 and 4 of this SFAR or except as follows:

(a ) Overflights of Iraq may be conducted above flight level (FL) 200 subject to the approval of, and in accordance with the conditions established by, the appropriate authorities of Iraq.

(b ) Flights departing from countries adjacent to Iraq whose climb performance will not permit operation above FL 200 prior to Iraqi airspace may operate at altitudes below FL 200 within Iraq to the extent necessary to permit a climb above FL 200, subject to the approval of, and in accordance with the conditions established by, the appropriate authorities of Iraq.

(c ) [Reserved]

3. Permitted operations. This SFAR does not prohibit persons described in paragraph 1 from conducting flight operations within the territory and airspace of Iraq when such operations are authorized either by another agency of the United States Government with the approval of the FAA or by an exemption issued by the Administrator.

4. Emergency situations. In an emergency that requires immediate decision and action for the safety of the flight, the pilot in command of an aircraft may deviate from this SFAR to the extent required by that emergency. Except for U.S. air carriers or commercial operators that are subject to the requirements of 14 CFR parts 119, 121, or 135, each person who deviates from this rule shall, within ten (10) days of the deviation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays, submit to the nearest FAA Flight Standards District Office a complete report of the operations of the aircraft involved in the deviation including a description of the deviation and the reasons therefore.

5. Expiration. This Special Federal Aviation Regulation will remain in effect until further notice.
