Parliamentary sources said Sunday that the Iraqi Parliament will vote at its 36th to be held on Monday, the four laws, most notably the Federal Court and the Supreme Judicial Council, as well as the first and second readings of the ten laws and continuing discussion of the public budget law for next year.

The source said in an interview for "alsumaria news", that "the Iraqi Parliament will vote during the 36th meeting of the first legislative term of the third year on Monday, 3 December, bills, Federal Court, and the Supreme Judicial Council and the telecommunications and Informatics, and the first amendment to the law on salaries of State employees and public sector no. (22) of the year 2008".

The source, who asked not to be named said "the meeting will be also the first reading of the draft animal health laws and the first amendment to the law on agricultural credit fund for peasants and small farmers no. (28) of 2009, Iraq's accession to the Convention on the Organization for Arabic and information and communication technology," he said, adding that "Parliament will read first reading also proposed the first Law Amendment Act the Ministry of industry and minerals (38) for the year 2011".

The source stressed that "the agenda for the meeting includes the second reading of the Bills join Iraq to the Statute of the Islamic States Institute for standardization and Metrology (thick) which entered into force on 16/7/2010, and Iraq's accession to the Convention establishing the International Islamic trade finance, and to prevent the use and proliferation of arms silenced".

The source said that "Parliament will read the second reading of the Bill on Iraq's accession to the Protocol against the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition, supplementing the United Nations Convention against transnational organized crime".

He said that "the agenda of the meeting tomorrow also includes the second reading of the draft Convention's ratification of legal training of Iraqi security forces by the Government of Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty, and ratification of the Treaty of friendship, partnership and cooperation between the Governments of Iraq and Italy," he said, adding that "the Parliament will also discuss draft federal public budget law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2013".

The Presidency of the Council of representatives of Iraq lifted, on Saturday (December 1, 2012), the 35th session of the first chapter of the third legislative year to Monday, with a parliamentary source said that the meeting had seen the vote on the three laws and the postponement of the vote on the law of the Federal Court and the Supreme Judicial Council, as well as the first and second readings of the nine laws.
