I know I shouldn't be amazed, we are after all followers of Christ, and his Holy Spirit is telling everyone the same thing.

It's accepting the reality of that eventuality which is most difficult to grasp.

Denial, pure and simple.

Ever watch a car wreck and tell yourself what you are watching isn't real as you are watching it?

Or while in the middle of being attacked, robbery, etc, have half your brain refuse to accept the visual and audio input?

What is difficult for me to grasp is that we supply guns to groups in other countries, these groups then kill our ambassador. So why do we give guns to other countries and wish to take them from us?
