Adam, we can get to this link.....but it's asking for email and password......not sure of the password to use, nothing is working to allow us to continue.....

I figured that out too.... it requires a seperate registration setting up a seperate password. All your original logins for DV remain the same. This is in addition to those!!!

Ok.....got to the discount place.......but somehow it is now charging me triple of what it should be. I really need to get the charges down to one renewal.....I'm wanting to do the 6 month renewal for 47.49.

Clear your cache - then start over. It sounds like the system has retained your other attempts. :(

Adam, it's a great offer!

I want to add my brother to all the good things I've done thus far: Platinum VIP, OSI, Name Reserve, etc...everything I believe except funding the B bank. I've been emailing VIP@dinarvets.com and not getting any answers about what I need to do. Do I just add him as VIP with the blackfriday offer? What else would give him access to my 'stuff" ...in case of.....

Hate to be repiticous but thanks for everything you do.

I'm sorry this is the message I get everytime I sign in. There appears to be an error with the database. If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database. Sometimes this error is temporary and will go away when you refresh the page. Sometimes the error will need to be fixed by an administrator before the site will become accessible again.

We are being sent email stating we have unpaid balance, and we need to pay that. I've replied to that email stating the problem. But just want to make sure all is correct. Is there anything else I need to do to get this cleared up?

Hi Adam,

It's me again. You answered my question about including my brother etc. on 11/24 and suggested I send an email to VIP@dinarvets.com. I've bee doing that for quite a while, even before your suggestion. I am not receiving any answers and I did check my junk mail. I am probably going to miss the blackfriday offer if that is the answer to my questions. Help.
