The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation for allocation of 24 trillion dinars for the energy sector in the next year's budget. He said Planning Minister Ali Shukri "it was allocating $ 24 trillion dinars in the budget next year for the energy sector by 18 trillion to the oil sector, and six Trallonat for the electricity sector." He added that his ministry "will follow completion of the budget in 2012 are accurate."

The Ministry of Finance announced the completion of the preparation of Iraqi budget in 2013 with an initial value of 132 trillion dinars and identified at 90 a barrel oil. The Iraqi government approved in its emergency meeting in (5/12/2011) budget in 2012 by about 100 billion dollars (about 117 trillion Iraqi dinars) and a deficit of up to $ 13.5 billion (about 17 trillion dinars).

The budget identified the sale price of a barrel of oil on the basis of $ 85 dollars at a rate of export of 2.6 million barrels a day, while related per barrel in global markets to $ 125. The budget in 2012 included financial activate the granting of loans to citizens for the purposes of housing and farmers without financial benefits which may make them a way to find real solutions to the housing crisis and revitalize the agricultural sector.

This part worries me a little bit. Perhaps Keep and sandstorm can weigh in on this one. NOTICE the Trillion Dinars, not Billions for the budget. Thats alot of money for a straight up re-valuation. Thats just alot of money PERIOD! Especially at 1:1. But on the flip side look at the barrel of oil for global market price. I do not think fuel prices are going to be dropping soon. Would like to hear some feedback on this one. **BUMP**

Don't sweat this. They throw out all kinds of numbers.
