The article talks about diplomatic relations between Kuwait and Iraq to coincide with the UN General Assembly meeting in NY on Sept 18/12 (2 days ago)...............does this mean Iraq chapter VII was subject to UN discussion? Anyone able to gleen any related info from the UN in this regard? The translation on this is confusing at best.......is the article a kick in the butt to Iraq getting out of Chapter VII, or is it complimentary to Iraq? Supposedly Maliki was going to NY to speak at the UN but cancelled his trip to the US when Obama White House rained on his parade (WH refused Maliki desire to meet with Obama).
