O Yes!! great call and i think everyone should listen to it lots of questions and it does appear this will be a free float. Not necessarily a readily open market free float to the public per say for now, but between the interceeding of the banks that way its not so volatile then once confidence hits the CBI will release to be traded openly on forex to general public. This is one scenario that could play out but i am seeing once they release the LDs in January and start the process of the deletion of the 3 zeroes by thier fiscal year it would need to be at par with the USD 1-1
