Baghdad / follow Mashreq: - A member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Bayazid Hassan formation of a committee to prepare a new version of the oil and gas law and submitted to the Cabinet for approval and sent to parliament for a vote.

said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency that the committee will be chaired by the Minister of Oil Abdul Karim coffee and comprising representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan region and national coalitions and Kurdistan, in addition to the Iraqi List. He Bayazid: "The committee will depend on the copy draft legal in 2007 and 2011 to prepare a new project which will be submitted to the Cabinet for approval and sent to the House of Representatives for a vote." He said: "There is difficulty in reaching a final version of the law, because of differences visions blocks on the terms of the draft law submitted years ago and did not get a political consensus on it. " The government announced in August of last year, for ratification of the draft law of oil and gas, and decided to submit them to Parliament for approval. The Commission on oil and energy parliamentary confirmed, that the draft law of oil and gas provided by the Government to Parliament, involves "constitutional violation" of confiscated right provinces and territories, indicating that it is possible to amend the bill and enrichment to reach a suitable formula is agreed upon between the political blocs.
