I sent an email to VIP support and was issued a problem ticket number. Didnt hear anymore. I have sent 2 more emails and havent heard anything yet. paperboy Posted September 19, 2012 Report Share Posted September 19, 2012 markb57 - If you're looking at your expiration date, and that date is later than the date you renewed (say, you paid on the 5th but you don't expire until the 25th) then, your expiration date that shows on your profile will NOT change until the 25th or a day later.
