colt32
This has been said before and it's obviously true but other than buying some land in Idaho and getting off of the grid what's a normal tax paying citizen supposed to do about it? It's kinda like offering the starving person two choices of food (both of which are detrimental to their health) to eat. What are they to do about it??? To compare this guy to Romney is absolutely obsurd. NO, what is absurd is everyone does not due dilligence and vote for who is given to them. What else is absurd is Romney and Obama are different. You people protect the ones who are going to destroy you, now that is absurd.

I love your posts. and yes I'm picken the lesser of two evils unless some Miracle happens. Only because I choose a free market, over socialism! Thank you Butifidrm. Well i see it like this. You know that the system is broken and still vote. That is not change, that is participating in the broken system. Nothing will change because by you voting, you show support for the broken system. Even though you know that it is broken. How will anything change if one continues to participate in something that needs to change?

I want RP...not necessarily because I agree with all of his ideals, but because he is "anti-what-we-have-now" and I like that...

divemaster5734
The two party system is not working for Americans. We all know that. We need to mediate and somehow come to terms with our differences. Our country is suffering and not efficient. If I had to rate our friends in DC I would give them an F. We need to clean house. We both know that is true. not so long ago there was only a couple of us talking about this. Now, there are many. People ARE waking up, and those are helping to wake others. Unfortunately, not enough in time to save the RP nomination, but that brought our plight to the mainstream. it is working, perhaps not quickly enough for some of us, but the winds are indeed changing. Sometimes my only comfort is to force myself to accept it is all in Gods hands, and according to His plan. Then I realize some people take that to mean they don't have to do anything because God has it dealt with and I'm ready to pull my hair out again. God will not "deliver" us from this, He will however, take us THROUGH it, in order that we may LEARN something in the process.

I want RP...not necessarily because I agree with all of his ideals, but because he is "anti-what-we-have-now" and I like that... On the contrary, voting for the choices that are given to us is not fixing anything either. If you are voting or not voting the same result will come. The system is broken and can not be fixed. I guarantee that if everyone stays home on voting day, there will still be a president elected. It is not the government that u think is running this country. It is a corporation based out of Washington DC. Obama is the president of the Company, The US Corporation. What make u think that voting will have a favorable outcome?
skinz
Evidence of voter fraud, DEA gun walking whistle blowers, insider trading, media biases, scripted Republic AND Democratic National Conferences caught on film, mounds upon mounds of easily provable accusations... and I guarantee no one is held accountable for any of it. It's maddening.
