CONCERNED QUESTION FROM HEAVYDUTY053

I have a question for all the users of DV site and i would like an honest answer please pro or con doesn't matter just state your opinion. My question is this:::I have been posting christian stories once a week, i started a natural cure page and ask and incouraged everyone to participate and offer something. I have been an observer here since 2007 before i started adding anything to this site and what i have found is most alarming......Every christian story i post on here might get 150 to 200 views which means to me that only some people are appreciative and others pass it by. Less than 10 will reply a message to let me know that these stories gives them hope, or that it relates to a problem they may be dealing with.......But the let a post of some kind of nonsense or dirty jokes be posted and it draws views into the huge amounts. Yes this Dinar is important to us and will help many. People are carrying on their lives living like they are gonna live forever not worrying about God, or judgement, or his son who died on a cross for every one of us. This Dinar is a blessing and it is because God has given us an opportunity to do good with it. Did you know that God can take it away from you just as soon as you get it to show you, you are not deserving of it. It has happened to many a people down through the years. I have this for one reason to see who will take the time to comment and what their comments will be. whether you read what i write each week or not you should be more respectful to God than to such nonsense and dirty jokes, after all he is the one whom you will stand in judgement one day.

Heavyduty, I feel your posts are fine and many may have benefitted from them, but your self rightousness at the end of your post is not very becoming, we are all adults here and can read or not read what we want. Don't take this as a bash, just trying to be honest.

At the end of the day, everyone is entitled to their opinions/beliefs...some may choose to read what you've posted, some may not...I've seen just as many important financial posts go ignored as I have religious ones...each to his own. You're entitled to post what you believe in, as are others...whether or not they choose to involve themselves in a discussion is up to the individual, which I support all the way, even if I disagree or don't share the same beliefs, it's what truly makes our country free. Thx Heavy!

Heavyduty053,

Really? Was Christ accepted by the majority? Why would you expect it to be any different here?

Why do you post Christian stories? To praise God, or to get responses from people? I ask rhetorically.

What people say, or don't say takes nothing away from Christ or Christianity.

He is my ALL & ALL.

I rarely sign in to the site, so I have not been reading your stories. I just happened to see this post.

I shall look for your posts sometimes, God willing.

HeavyDuty, I think you know how I feel about your stories.

They do open the heart up in other areas of life. Life can be challenging at times and with your stories they seem to touch someone at the right moment. As I have mentioned before they have touched me softly or deeply and they have helped me cope with everyday issues.

So HeavyDuty you have impacted one heart and soul... mine :)

Heavy, I always read your posts. I'm always glad to see when you have been on posting and go right to it.

I like your inspirational stories and I respect your opinion posts. I don't post or reply much. Many others don't

either. But that doesnt mean that we don't appreciate your solid grounded faithful witness. God bless you,

and keep the encouragement coming. The waiting is getting tough.

God is immanent in the Universe. He is in the most distant star as well as the blade of grass under your feet. You can see Him, provided you curdle this Universe with discrimination, churn it with detachment and collect the nectar with earnestness. In the grain of the sand as well as in the grandest galaxy, God can be found by diligent and sincere spiritual practices. He is the core of every being,

Blessings.!!

Post whatever you are moved to share with us Heavyduty. Just because everyone doesn't reply, it doesn't mean the person that needed the message didn't read it. It got put out there and that's what counts....It's all good. :)

:rocking-chair:

Well said. Agreed. I find no offense to Heavy's posts. Freedom of speech is alive and well around here. I like that.

You can take this as you will. I mean no ill will or spite or any negative connotation. I will even qualify myself and say I am a christian as well.

You complain about the numbers of responders or readers you get to your christian post. May I remaind you this is a website dealing with our mutual investmenmt the IQD. That's what it's supposed to be about. Not a Christian site dedicated to the study and worship of our God. Did you ever consider this when considering the demographics of who does visit the site. There are people here who are all faiths. Some that don't even have a faith or are agnostic for lack of better understanding. Thats just the way it is. That diversity will of course dilute any responses you do receive. Without questioning the morals or debate the lack of faith as you see it.....just the numbers aspect of who will or won"t respond to your christian position could absolutely dampen down responders.

Now I come here to check out my investment. Not to worship. Pray or generally anything that has to do with my faith. In effect I am here for the money. Not religion. I am not obliged to read or respond to what doesn't interest me. Only that which I do have any intrest in is to what I respond to. But does that mean I am not faithful enough? For me the answer is not at all. I just choose to do it else where and not on a Dinar forum. My faith is mine and I march to my own drum and whether or not I choose to fellowship with you is my own call. Nothing personal though. It's not. In fact I am not looking for religion in here unless it has something to do with dinar and usually it would be what are the Muslims doing. What does that religious event do to effect the investment? That is about all the religion I personally want to deal with. I am not a muslim so learning about them is about all I want to handle. Don't worry. What I always do is learn about them and the analyze them as compared to my religion. In the end I am gaining insight to their religion but insight into my own as well. But that's my trip through dinar world. I'm, doing it my own way.

I never talk religion here because I do not feel it is appropriate to do so unless it does effect the investment. But even then I tread lightly. It can be touchy so as not to offend I remain careful of the subject. I mean it's a forum about making money. You see it another way. You feel as a christian that you are compelled to spread the word and for that I say I do know how you feel. It can be a fabulous feeling. A physical rush. I do know that. If you'll notice I have never said stop doing it. If that is what floats your boat.......then by all means have at it. However. Why be suprised when you don't get the response you feel is appropriate? In fact you should be happy with whatever responses you receive to your entreaties. Rejoice if you save or influence even only 1.

I lived in Las Vegas once. I saw a guy walk into the Lady Luck downtown one afternoon and he started prothelitizing when he hit the door. That lasted about 2 mins when security grabbed him up and hauled him off. He denounced the guards as they physically removed him and he too asked wh they would stop a man of God from speaking the truth. He was incredulous at their treatment of him. One guard very politely said he enjoyed his faith and nerve to say it so all could hear.....It's just that he couldn't do it in the Casino. The guard was a christian too. He told me so. My point. You are in the wrong place. But by my observation you said you had had reponses to you. So guess what? Fantastic....You did good. This a casino kinda. The folks here are spinning their dice and trying to make a buck...........Oh yeah. After they hauled that guy out of their everything went right back to normal. As if nothing had ever happened. IMO those people were their to gamble not get religious so little attentioned was paid to the guy who wanted to save their souls...........As he saw it. But that's the real rub. It's the way that fellow thinks not the others. It's way you think. Not me.

See you are dissappointed by the lack of response because it doesn't meet your expectations of what that response should be. Right? You were dissappointed by how many had bothered to respond to your invites of Christian fellowship. You even mentioned thi was all a gift from God and then reminded us of the fact it was given and it can be taken away. So get on board and get with me and start praying cause you just never know. Isn't that basically what you did say? Well even if you don't agree to what I percieved you said thats how I understood it. Ok. That is the point I had to respond to you. You see if you want to get religious and as I said earlier go right ahead. That is your perogative and it's ok with me. You aren't the first to come and preach and you probably won't be the last. But when you are dissapointed about the lack of the faithful and then call for opinion's it says what? Hear me or woe unto you?!! That if you do not commune with me in the name of our saviour we shall all be chatised by the Lord?.............That's you sir. Thats what you think. Just because I don't choose to discuss religion with you doesn't mean I am not faithful. I choose who I speak to about religion or of my thoughts on religion. Not you. I come here to learn of our investment. Not my religion. It's really just that simple for me. I am here for the money. You want something else. Again I have no problem and until now have never responded good, bad, or ugly. My main reason for responding is when one invokes God's intentions he should be careful. God's intentions are known only to him. That you believe he blessed me and made me involved in this investment is probably correct. But when you say that if I don't pay attention to you as a christian I might be in danger of God taking my good fortune away.....I do take exception at that. My belief is my God isn't that petty or cruel and... a ....that is my thought about our God. I too am a Christian but I don't see it the way you do..and I don't have to. That's not only a moral stance but a constitutional stance.....You know...Freedom of religion. When and how and where I choose. Not anybody else's.

Now before that you think ill of me..remember that you solicited my opinion and I gave it to you honestly. Am I right? I don't know. But I believe I am right and I take comfort that my country and my God allow me to say so outloud and peacefully. I was trying be polite and if you don't think so I apologize now. That is something I hardly ever do but then as a christian.....I wish to extend to you my sincerest wishes for you to believe me when I say I enjoy your faith and wish you well.

Do you post for yourself or for others? I think you post for others to read, and if you help ONE person than the post served it purpose. It isnt how many people you help, but who you helped. They must have needed it at that time.

If things happen the way we hope, then be aware of this observation/truth from Jesus.

23 And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! 24 And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

It would feel great to receive all these riches we are hoping for, only to loose our souls after we depart from this world.

I have Dinar as well as my parents. I cannot say how I will handle it if this really happens. But, you have to let God judge myself and these people and move forward. I agree you should offer hope and education through your posts. If your readers are righteous and want to follow God's word, then that will be great. But as you see from the Bible's teachings, only a small few, if that, will make it to heaven.
