6-28-2012 Intel Guru Hammerman I can confirm 3 tiers of cash: 1st government and high ranking military around 28 dollars; 2nd lower military and any one invited by tier one aprox 12 dollars; these are special negotiated rates not for all; 3rd will be IQD RV rate, speculation is around 3 dollars, no one knows this rate yet; tier 1 and 2 have invitees to make some type of cash in deal over the weekend. Can’t share any more on this then what I have just done. THERE IS TONS OF INTEL OUT THERE. I DO FEEL 23 COUNTRIES RVED ABOUT 15 DAYS AGO. CHINA IS COVERING AT A DAY RATE OF ABOUT 700 BILLION. IMO THIS WILL STAY JUST LIKE IT IS UNTIL CHINA RUNS OUT OF MONEY OR THEY ARE COMPLETLY HAPPY. Remember this: they lose nothing in this process they get it all back.

Several gurus have recently come out about a tiered payout after RV. Will the small investors like us get the shaft or will everyone cash out at the same rate? What do you think?

Luigi, they know nothing. They assume the rv is automatic, then guess at the details on how it will happen. if you hear it from a guru you know its false.
