Reading this, it appears they are leaving the 1,000 in circulation or not creating a replacement. In either case, "so that the audience is also imprinted with a thousand in his memory."

My view is that this is a clear sign of a Revaluation. There is no need to leave a 1,000 dinar in circulation or create significance in one's mind or history if it's value is equivalent to 1 dinar. Just like in the USA, 1,000 dollar bills are still around if you can find them.

not too bust a move here { } but there is another article in this poster site that has denominations and different pictures ,,, such as water and other items ,, rivers ,,, most likely these are more speculation ?? or has the wording got mis intrepreded during translation ? what ever the cause hope they are getting this on the road too finished ---- starting september { i m thinking }

That entire post described an RD. Removing 3 zeros.

If having an RV after removing 3 zeros is what Kap expects, then not much will be made from the IQD.

Kaperoni could read an RV into a nursery rhyme. They could easily leave the 1000 note in circulation and use it alongside the new 1 dinar note with an equal value. Kinda like the US using a coin dollar and a paper dollar.

This design sounds almost identical to the present 25,000 dinar note. The only notable things missing are the sirrush (dragon), the bulls on the Ishtar gate, and the Lion of Babylon.

There is no reference to a LOP whatsoever. This is not a procedural book, but a description book. Your ignorance, lack of real understanding in this investment is showing again, The article is nothing more that a reference to a 'book' that the CBI has with descriptions of the new photos and information going on the new notes. And in that book they make a reference to not replacing the 1000 dinar as the article says; 'so that the audience is also imprinted with a thousand in his memory.' Leave the thinking to Kap, Walkin he out classes, out smarts, out studies you 100 times over. Kap found a gold nugget in this article, which we should all be grateful he takes the time to do. I thought LOP was synonymous with RD. Isn't the removal of 3 zeros an RD?

Katie, If the article states that the CBI is removing 3 zeros in their new currency, isn't that an RD?

Forget that the word "LOP" is never mentioned. Besides, I think the article was translated into English. Is this an RD?
