I still like to to hold on to the belief , that they are presently deleting the zeros by drawing in as many of the three zero notes as they can without raising the rate. Eventually the rate will have to increase to delete the remainder, hopefully SOONER than later will see a significiant rate increase. IOM it will havr to be greater than or equal to thee dollar.
