I like Spotlight. I like the way he thinks. I like the way he holds to a faith, a belief, and an opinion, all the same topic and all clear in his mind. He can feel it, can sense the RV coming, and he is right on point. I can also feel, sense, and point to those good things, too, but I sometimes forget how to do that when I read so much negativity here. Of course, there are reasons any of us can tap into which will support negative ideas, and we can claim that we are being honest, or realistic, or just truthful or sincere, but all our negative opinions accomplish is to discourage both ourselves and others. It is hard to keep our faith strong among so many strongly verbal non-believers. Belief does not require proven track records such as those mentioned by Keep. If our belief is strong enough, it can bend reality in any way we want. Thus, our belief causes events to work out just as we wanted, and later, we are stunned and can't really explain quite how it happened. There is no former track record for such an event. It happened for one reason only, the steady, unrelenting strength of our faith, our belief. And thus, we can bring what we want into existence by "believing it into reality." Even then, we may have to work for it, but no matter what we do, we usually can't create our own reality if we are listening to the so-called "realists," the naysayers, at the same time. We can't entertain the idea of failure and change reality in the same thought, and at the same time.

And that is what Spotlight is refusing to do. He is the kind of soul who is "going for broke," a dream-catcher, a diviner, a star-gazer, a fact-bender, and I am going to join him in this effort. So move over, all you "realists." There is space for us believers here, too. haha

Sounds like your "skinz" is pretty thin, and I got under it. Actually, I am sorry about that--I don't like huring someone else's feelings. So I apologize. But I just don't understand why you thought it is best to close down the thread entirely instead of just leaving so the rest of us who are enjoying this conversation can keep sharing our thoughts, dreams, and ideas. first off the oil will not reach 160 anytime this year, we are in an election year, before you argue this point look at historical oil prices you will find that in a presidential election year oil drops by July/August. and the dong will not go higher then pennies I will be thrilled if it hits .01 and if it hits .05 I will be very rich.

you need to learn about macro economics and international finance, as well as how Saddam Hussein gained power! ( it looks a lot like what Maliki is doing) after that look to see what party Saddam was, and what party Maliki is! after that then you can comment back to me!

You are very intelligent and learned on this investment. For me, it is encouraging to read of your degrees, education, and experience, plus your trust (based on facts) in the coming RV. Those give me tremendous hope. But so does Spotlight's complete, unrelenting belief in the RV of the dinar. I have learned through life that, without an unshakable, enduring belief in something we can really get our teeth into, nothing else much matters. How do I know this? I, too, am an educated person, with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Speech, and Drama, a Master's Degree with emphasis in Shakespeare and Renaissance and Medieval literature, and an Educational Specialist Degree, with emphasis in Modern British Literature, all with honors. My personal history includes having raised four children while I achieved those degrees, and after coming from a difficult childhood (being abandoned by my parents when I was five years old and being emotionally and physically abused on a daily basis by my adoptive mother throughout the remainder of my childhood), I finally learned to simply accept the "what is" of life ("just the facts, Ma'am"), but to use my collective life-lessons as a guide. And those tell me that Spotlight's unrelenting belief is as valuable, if not more so, than the "facts." Education is the first part of the information we need, a very important part, to be sure. But belief is the very foundation upon which our information rests. The whole Universe spins and whirls to align itself with the new paradigm that is beginning when even a single person believes truly, consistently, and unrelentingly. In other words, the very moment we align ourselves, spiritually, emotionally, and factually (our complete, unwavering belief) with what we truly want, our new reality is, even at that very moment, barreling down on us like a Mack truck.
