If Maliki stays or goes is not that big an issue. Parliament walking out in protest or going on strike is a big deal. Key Bills like the Tariff Bill, GOI, Erbil & WTO put on hold can be disasterous & set the timetable back months or even years. Iraq cannot afford an impass at this time.
