speculatorsRIDE
What a bunch of BS rhetoric. Hard to solve the problem when he is the problem. The glaring similarities between the Iraqi Government and the US Government would be comical if they weren't so tragic. The fact that they need to sit at the negotiating table and resolve the outstanding problems of implementing Erbil, after they already agreed on the terms of Erbil is preposterous. One step forward and two steps back. Maliki and his cronies are diligently stalling the progression of Iraq in hopes of civil unrest and an end to democracy. 3

uncirculd
Until Maliki is gone, Iraq will not have a leading roll. He is setting a bad example that most ME countries are fed up with. i.e. Dictatorship. At least with the Fed Res there are many who control. In Iraq one man controls. The only thing he is short is control of the money. He ain't no match for Shabibi.

Read more: http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/115989-maliki-declares-its-readiness-to-implement-the-arbil/#ixzz1tqYrNuE9 This line has been said so many times. I will believe it when it happens. Thanks for the post, it's not against the OP, just tired of Maliki always saying this when his butt is in the ringer. Just do it and quit talking to hear your head rattle Maliki.
