These articles sound more like the subject is several issues that aren't only about with the UN Sanctions, but more about new waterways, and new port that will be located in Kuwaiti waters. Not about the usual lost bodies and artifacts. Not syaing it isn't important stuff but different than the items listed as result of the 1999 invasion by the former regime. ;) imho :rolleyes:

I am sure Kuwait and Iraq's main focus is the waterways and new port. Rules have to be very clear.

The waterways and port are part of the border demarcation which is under CH7, and must be fulfilled to Kuwait and the UNSC's satisfaction....Iraq always moves at a snail's pace on anything...Hope they get all this done by year's end, but not holding my breath.
