Forget a RV any time soon.

Parliament has walked out, it's falling apart & the UN is all over Iraq to get a government in place.

The Tariff Bill & WTO are on hold. Without these two key Bills, the IQD cannot become int'l traded.

It may still RV under C7 but you'll have to go to Iraq to cash in.

The Kurds & Arabs have a limitation on how much they'll cooperate with the small minority Iran installed government.

JMO, there won't be a vote of no confidence or a prolonged walk out. This is another wedge to get Maliki to come to the table and

finish what he's agreed to and signed. The Kurds want article 140 and Erbil implemented, which will finally complete the GOI. The HCL will then fall into place. Kuwait seems to have agreed to remove their restrictions on removing Iraq from Chapter VII. I can't help but wonder if they will continue if Maliki won't honor his agreements in Iraq. How can they be sure he'll honor the agreements with them. Just a thought and opinion.

Thanks for the post

Stay grounded, calm and be happy

Happy Easter
