If they remain pegged to the US dollar and there is in fact an "overnight" 33% devaluation of the US dollar, well then, guess what would happen to the IQD...

The article says devaluation of the US dollar throughout a 20 year period, this is barely even noticeable. I wouldn't be surprised if we have been on this track for quite some time now.

There would be No RV I believe, because the dollar is the backing world currency. And the contracts over in Iraq are heavily dollar based, not to include the billions that we have given the country.
