The National Alliance, he considered the preconditions attempt to escape from the conference, he promised the issues of al-Mutlaq al-Hashemi and discussed individual cases and do not serve the public interest, as denounced Kurdistan to stop pumping oil and pointed out that it could create bigger problems.

Said Mohammed Iqbal, MP for the Iraqi List, the "world", yesterday, said that "the development conditions does not undermine the conference because they represent real problems." "There are requirements set by the Iraqi List, we consider determinants of success of the conference is 5 conditions, including that of Prof Tariq al-Hashimi, and the subject of the return of the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to the office, and the issue of arbitrary arrests that have occurred, and attempts to interfere in the Iraqi judiciary."

Iqbal stressed that "the Iraqi List, will be strongly driven to attend the conference that there was a response from the National Alliance for these requirements, since that is called the National Conference and its membership was suspended earlier." And went on "Today Iraq, including a new transmission, he moved at the top, there should be the ability of the National Alliance as the biggest bloc in the House of Representatives and the Grasper government to solve the internal problems in the country."

And stuck on the Iraqi Iqbal pointed out that on its own terms, "Multi-Hashemi bush where political and very clear, especially in the back of a torture protections of its own, and meet the terms and conditions contained in any negotiating process, but the roof of the conditions the higher the more complexity of the subject." He expressed the belief that "the Iraqi List, the right of the author and audience represents a wide ones and this were not the requirements stemming from the desire as it is related to its public, especially with regard to arrests and interference in the judiciary." However, "very likely that if we did not agree tomorrow (today) to the inclusion of conditions in the National Congress, we may not attend to the conference already."

And the possibility of a waiver based on certain conditions between Iqbal, a member of the coalition of the center WIN in Iraq, said "The issue of leadership first, and the associated pressure factor that will come from the other parties," Carter "theme is not about us, but also there are the demands of Kurdish, and the response of the coalition National to these demands. " And continued "There are some demands of the Kurds share with them, especially those related to the management of the state, and the form of political system the next, and the distribution of powers, and the lack of overlap between the three presidencies." He pointed out that "the session is over, which describes the possibility of giving up some of these conditions."

She described the parliamentary longings dry from the Kurdistan Alliance today's meeting as "very important because some of the points raised by Iraq could be put tomorrow (today) at a meeting of Adnan al-Janabi, and Rose Nuri Shaways, and Khalid al-Attiyah." She said in an interview for "the world", said yesterday that the "National Congress of the absence of any block will be negative consequences. Second, the political blocs do not like to go to the conference without knowing the final table and paragraphs that will be."

Dry and stressed that "the President of the Republic required to have a full table comes up to his cabin." And around the Kurdish demands explained, "our problems lies in the non-application of constitutional solutions on the ground, and we want to be the cornerstone of the Convention of Arbil on the agenda next."

And the most prominent Kurdish files that will be included in the agenda indicated that the dry "oil and gas file a outstanding issues and will be placed on the table." She asked, "Is it correct that the State did not initiate a law on oil for 9 years?" Followed by "talking about the problem only between the province and the center error, because it is a problem all of Iraq, and therefore must resolve the matter as soon as the law through legislation and not through threats in the media."

Jawad Albzona MP for the coalition of law expressed the hope that "all the blocks put the finishing touches to start a national meeting." In an interview with "the world", yesterday, it seemed certain that "all the problems between the blocks can only be resolved through dialogue and non-bullying abroad, because the problem will be more." He predicted that "the brothers in Iraq are turning at the last minute to respond and participate in solving problems." Albzona and saw that "Instead of putting conditions, access to the national meeting and speak. But to put pre-conditions, particularly with regard to Balhashima an issue even came out of the hands of al-Maliki, they attempt to escape from the National Congress." "This is the meeting if we wanted him to be fruitful, must stay away from minor issues and individual, including the issue Hashemi and the issue of al-Mutlaq, and we must speak at the next meeting of the federal solution in the distribution of powers, and also to put the solutions to the constitutionality of permanent, especially in the case of oil and gas."

He asked "the brothers at the national meeting put constitutional issues, including the provinces. True they put forward in the Diyala and Salah al-Din but Ajaddedoha, because the way the previous proposal rejected by some parties, if the agreement became landmarks in and made clear how to go to the federal system will solve the problem."

He Albzona his belief that "oil and gas, and one of the important problems, and must take into account that oil money and foreign and defense issues, centralized, and no right to the province to act. Possible Basra also stopped pumping oil and strangle Iraq." He stressed that it "shall not be treated this way, and the brothers in the province to the Oil Stop it right the central government to cut their share of the budget 17% and the salaries of the Peshmerga and the other will thus create a problem."

Abdel Karim said the coffee and oil minister of Oman, yesterday, said that "the Kurdistan Regional Government stopped today, pumping oil from fields in the region through the national system of exports of oil." And that "practical reasons to stop pumping oil did not know until now."

Dry but said that the reason to stop pumping oil, "non-payment of dues to oil companies operating in the region."

He concluded his remarks by saying Albzona "If our brothers in Iraq and the Kurdistan Alliance left the personal demands, and worked to the benefit of Iraq, it would be better for them to search for electoral propaganda, especially with the approaching provincial elections."

Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to the office, and the issue of arbitrary arrests that have occurred, and attempts to interfere in the Iraqi judiciary."

Mutlag was using his freedom of speech while maliki was in the us. Maliki wants him sacked because of using freedom of speech. NOT LEGAL! Arbitrary arrests and attempts to interfere in the Judiciary. Yep, Obama said that on TV that Maliki screwed up.

Dry but said that the reason to stop pumping oil, "non-payment of dues to oil companies operating in the region."
