BigFrankD
Did Turkey have 300 Million coming in everyday? Oh it is the weekend!! In 2005 Turkeys GDP was around 500 billion. So to answer your question, no, they didn't have 300 million coming in every day, they had over four times that much, around 1.3 BILLION coming in every day. fastarnie
Well there is only ONE "neighboring Arab Country" that has a currency of $3 (little bitty Kuwait) is that what your are basing your belief in?...Saudi is around $.28. And yes, a redenomination with an increase in value does give them greater purchasing power....Turkey successfully redenominated their currency...Iraq has specifically used them as an example over and over again...you are aware of that right? Only in the dinar forum world are these articles so grossly misunderstood. Go read Adams' newest drive by chat from today. He said you loppers may be eating crow soon. I'm just saying that if you might have to eat your words you might want to make them a little sweeter.
