According to a ministry statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today, that "the high rate of inflation was the result of rising real estate prices increased by 8.7% in one year only." This is a must for bank loans to be legitamized for housing or commercial projects. You have Oil, Gold, Infrastructure, etc, all parts of a currency valuation for Iraq.
