Chamber of Deputies passed yesterday, the first three laws, notably the law against smoking sponsored by the committees of health and legal systems, as discussed today, 14 laws and proposals. No kidding, and smoking law seems to be the important thing. Well I can see that since they have everything else in order.

I was just wondering the same thing. They are in a country wide dilemma, from the lack of a vote on the budget, security position, HCL, monitary issue, kuwaits blessing to release them from chapter 7. So this tells me there is more to it. A lot going on behind the scene.
