gregp
No kidding, and smoking law seems to be the important thing. Well I can see that since they have everything else in order. I was just wondering the same thing. They are in a country wide dilemma, from the lack of a vote on the budget, security position, HCL, monitary issue, kuwaits blessing to release them from chapter 7. So this tells me there is more to it. A lot going on behind the scene.
OldSignalOfficer
I'm thinking the smoking law is a waste since most of the people can't afford a pack of cigarettes. It I will also keep inflation down by decreasing the import of cigarettes.
