Next few days will see adoption of oil & gas law (HCL)

As many would know I belong to a group of investors in the UK that meet every 3 months, I cant tell you how one of them bangs on about the HCL, does not stop, YADA YADA YADA.

Well I have to confess today he did ring all of use to declare that it is going to be finalised in the next 48 hours.

He has huge contacts in the oil industry & informs all that should this finally happen this will be the biggest step forward in 8 years for Iraq, more over the oil deals/Auctions will finally be recognised & have the green light to proceed at full steam (steam probably not good when you have so much black gold to burn)

You know what I mean
