BAGHDAD (Iba) .. An official source at the Arab League, the high-level delegation, headed by Ambassador Ahmed Ben Helli, Deputy Secretary General of the League of Arab States, will visit Baghdad at the end of this month, to find out the last preparations conducted by the Iraqi government to host the Arab summit of the 23 scheduled at the end of next March.
