Sorry if I offend you this way, but I renewed my VIP membership a week ago and the money was taken out of bank right away. I can't seem to contact anyone through normal channels so thus this.

Why did my membership not renew on the date it was supose to ? Please fix, I hate being upset with my health condition that occured from the service.
