Luigi found this article of Dinarian interests... Article suggests no rate change until March 2020 at the earliest. This is only one Guru's opinion. If true, it could mean another delay. Could this be disinformation coming out of Iraq? Must Iraq have these safeguards in place prior to any rate change? Treat as a rumor. Not varafied. Your opine. 9-26-2019 Newshound Guru Jeff ...they (IRAQ) turned around yesterday and told you that STARTING IN FEBRUARY they're gonna put these financial steps and measures in place that HELPS REDUCE THE FUNDING & FINANCING OF TERRORISM & MONEY LAUDERING. They're doing it in February...that tells me THEY'RE SETTING THE STAGE most likely for MARCH because they're putting these types of steps and measures in place in February. So what I'm suggesting to you is FORGET ABOUT JANUARY & FEBRUARY for the rate change. Move your eyes AFTER FEBRUARY... In Luigi's opine...Iraq can enact these laws right now. The laws are already written & are just awaiting on enactment. There is no necessity to wait until March 2020.
