How in the world is this kind of statement even possible for you to make? You're at a program rate. Ain't no way in the world Iraq is the best investment for anybody in the year 2024 unless you're trying to tell us that you changed the exchange rate, which is what you're doing ever day to the whole world... Pimpy [In a LOP] The only thing that changes is the bank notes themselves... You're not changing the value of the currency. A 25,000 dinar is going to have value as a 25 dinar. They're just going to lop the zeros off. Debt is still going to be the same, your paycheck is still going to be the same. They only difference is when you go to cash your check, the dollars [dinars?] they give you back are going to look different if they lop off the zeros. He has his brain locked into a LOP, and no matter what other facts are out there, he just can't seem to see them. MarkZ ... the bond folks have expectations of things starting from between the 15th to the 22nd. And we were told from day one that bonds need to be close to completion or well underway before they pull the trigger… Hopefully we will know by tomorrow if bonds kick off - from European contacts... That motorcade shows it. This is not a shun like we saw with Haider al-Abadi on the White House lawn.. A stark and profound difference today is and it is a good thing!

The closing of the auction windows is the end of those that were stopping the monetary reform... RON Rod Steele Sudani has been in the US since Saturday and he met with Biden for an hour on Monday. Everything is now formally agreed too…Iraq is telling the people it is done and coming. The ABC agencies are saying to look for it between now and the rest of the week. The banks are hoping it will be Thurssday morning I think they are a little bit ahead of the game though. Logically and realistically I think it will be next week because all the key Iraqi ministers and officers are here in the US. I think they will wait until they are back on Iraqi soil...I hear they are putting up big screen TV’s all over Baghdad and other parts of Iraq for some big announcement when they get back. We don’t know what that announcement is…but, I can guess.

Article "After 21 years of dollar actuation Iraq is approaching the window closed amid reassurances and warnings" Iran was using Iraq's currency auction to funnel the dinar into Iraq for the US dollar... The goal is to have the currency auction ended by the end of this year. MarkZ ...I am happy where we are right now. The only thing that would make me happier is us exchanging.

They're saying they are going to return the dinar to its price and how the dollar will drop dramatically and not be used in Iraq. A lot is being said about the strength of our currency of the dinar and the meeting is over 100 of these companies. Bruce ...a lot of the sources are very quiet...Typically, that means they're under new NDA’s.This is their catch-phrase meaning they don't know anything, and haven't heard anything. There are really no NDAs ...we know that we know that Iraq is doing some things in the US... I think they're really getting ready for this – to be known internationally - their reason for this session, my way of thinking the rate on the dinar has not been put out internationally yet for everyone to know what that is - but we know that rates are on the screens – all of them - They've been trading upwards, we know that the contract rate on the dinar is still very high and we know that the dong rate is also moving up in a good direction...

Pimpy Community Comment "When Donald Trump was president he had an interview on national television with Laura Ingram, and he said to the nation just how much dinar currency the United States owns." Did he? Is that what he really said? Trump interview quote "We have a lot of their money. e have $35 billion of their money right now sitting in an account..." He wasn't talking about they were holding Iraqi dinar. We were holding Iraq's money period. We had their DFI account as well as all their foreign reserve currencies. That's the money he was talking about...This is correct, Trump was referring to the DFI fund. Militia Man The 2023/2024 budget hasn't been sent to the HOR yet but they're saying in the coming weeks... There's time constraints on getting things done... They can't likely expose an exchange rate to the House of Representatives before they give it to them, they just can't do that because that would leak around, it would get out and it would be a disruption. But...they have to give them that information because it's a legal component. If they do what they say they're going to do and get an exchange rate out... it's likely going to be before that happens.

The only way they can do that is if they increase the value of their currency because the United States dollar is the most prolific currency in the world. Talking about those banks are needed for the reform to maximize. FRANK: Didn't I tell you these 28 banks are the key part of the reinstatement? But that would be internally. Externally that's like Aki [Walkingstick's banking friend in the U.S.] and the private banks. Mnt Goat I was told by my CBI contact that the currency swap out will happen as they will not hide this event and must inform the citizens (education process...). Yes, they also have to explain the exchange swap-out process and how it will work along with descriptions of the newer lower denominations. The CBI will then post those pictures of the lower denominations my contact told me were taken weeks ago. So, just wait and watch it all play out... You should be excited - with FACTUAL knowledge... MarkZ We know Sudani right now is traveling all over the US. We know people are positioning …and everything coming together is to me – very important.. He is going to Texas where the CBI keeps servers… and he is going to Michigan where there is a large population of Iraqis there… dispelled from the war. And also in Dearborn they will be adding a Warka bank location. To handle exchanges for Iraqis in Michigan. Sudani traveling to Texas and Michigan is big. He is also going to California... I am hearing he is to meet with someone named Robert who is a signatory for Chinese banking elders. This is very interesting – what we are watching. Sudani has 130 people with him… a huge entourage... Including many important people from the Finance ministry and the CBI. Things are looking positive for the next week. The very same thing happened to Maliki... This time it is a different story. It is a historical event. Militia Man The final provisions of the SFA are on the table... Security is set. The economic aspect is underway. We're going to watch al-Sudani finish up his signing of contracts... I can't imagine ...how are you going to fund all this with an exchange rate of 1310 IQD to the USD? And how is it that that you've said the Iraqi dinar, Mr Al-Sudani, is stronger than the dollar?

Frank26 There are many Chief Executive Officers of many banks around the world at the US Treasury meeting right now with Sudani, Alaq and Barzani... Also, CEOs of CitiBank, Chase Bank and Bank of America are there. We also have all of the JP Morgan representatives, Merril Lynch, all investment companies you can think of, all of them are meeting... The meetings are going on now... This [Iraqi] entourage is here in the United States to meet with their counter parts.

This meeting is a crucial opportunity for the United States and Iraq to discuss common priorities and strengthen their bilateral partnership. Frank26 Sudani, where are you going? Three places - Michigan...California...Texas...Sudani goes to visit his people in his private banks...In Texas is where the CBI has its servers for its website. I've got 5 million. If it goes to $3 and something, I made $15,000. I'm a happy camper with that. It's better than not having anything. I understand for a lot of you you're like, 'No. No. NO. that's not good because that's not what I had in mind.' And I'm sorry but you're asking me my opinion. That is my opinion. They will re-denominate the currency, LOP off the zeros - your 25,000 dinar will become 25 and then they'll reinstate the old rate... Let's get this coalition forces out of there plus the United States military, which is why I think Al-Sudani is coming over here to talk to the president to see about getting these people out of there and leaving Iraq on it's own devices. They're going to want the support from around the world and Al-Sudani is stating he's ready for business and opening to the world. RON Mnt Goat Shafaq News Agency followed the data and tables issued by the Ministry of Finance in April for the January accounts of the current fiscal year, which showed that oil is still the main resource for Iraq’s general budget, reaching 89%, which indicates that the rentier economy is still the main basis of the country’s general budget...the “rentier” economy is the oil economy of Iraqi. But...even with the “rentier” economy alone the Iraqi dinar can still maintain a realistic rate of at least $3 or more, and this is not considering all their other assets, and the 2/3 more oil Iraq is pumping and selling since 1991 when the dinar was just around $3.

RON Frank26 Sudani is walking on the yellow brick road to Washington DC. This is going to be historical trip... not just for Iraq, for both sides... the trip to Washington DC is crucial. Pimpy The more they get their sovereignty back, they're already on the Swift system, they're working their way through the World Trade Organization, it's just a matter of time before they remove all restrictions and we can start buying them [Iraqi dinars] (and exchanging them) through the banks again... Deepwoodz Sudani has a very long statement out today and there are no plans of America leaving... Furthermore, I have a feeling that although Sudani has the well being of his people in mind concerning the exchange rate, O’Biden has his eyes on the dinar in our treasury. It’s a win win. No horse trading needed. If she hadn't she wouldn't be where she is now, which is out from under the protection of EO 13303 outside the DFI. Iraq is still covered under EO13303 until mid May 2024, unless it is rescinded by Biden - let's not jump the gun with assumptions. FRANK: The national cards tell Iraqi citizens that their currency is about to have value, that it's about to go international. The International world would not want anything to do with the toilet paper valued currency. These are the hints. These are the telltale signs that they are are re-denominating and a new exchange rate is at your doorstep... RON Frank26 Suadni got on the airplane when you guys were asleep and went to Washington. But here's the thing, Sudani left with an entourage the size of about I think 3 airplanes or more. Sudani is going with an amazing group of people - his whole cabinet - board of directors from the CBI, every important person ever part of their monetary reform process. They are all going. He's going for a week. Sudani is going to see Biden for one hour and the other 6 days and 23 hours are going to be spend on the reforms of Iraq. MarkZ Question "When do you think the RV will happen?" I think we are on the precipice and almost there. …and we should see (bare minimum) Iraq with a new value sometime in the month of April …This is just based on a gut feeling and information we see coming in. When will these slow witted clowns on Mark's site stop asking the same DUMB questions..?

Yes, the Iraqi dinar and the future revaluation of it is on the agenda for the April 15th visit of the Iraqi prime minister Al-Sudani to Washington, DC...The next stop is the in-country rate if all goes well that we should expect shortly after Al-Sudani’s return from Washington DC. We then know the rest of the process and what happens next… We can almost see the finish line as the train is about to come around the bend. FRANK: The only reason the economic reform is going to be on a whole new basis...successful, is because the monetary reform was successful. [JP Morgan Chase Bank]...In my estimate, JP Morgan Chase, then Wells Fargo, then Citibank, then Bank of America (they're having some financial issues)...RON Sandy Ingram Oil has risen to over $90 a barrel... OPEC is cornering itself into position of oil profits by reducing the amount of oil available... Pimpy Nearly everybody [In Iraq] earns less than $2,500/month. 75% of the population makes less than $770/month. 50% of them earn $540/month or less. And 25% of them earn less than $400/month. The DFI funds have been the legal basis for depositing oil revenues in the new "IRAQ2" account with the Federal Reserve Bank in New York; so "is the expiration of EO 13303", which granted Iraq the ability for her funds to be deposited in an account to be protected with legal authority, and to be where they are now....The end of this statement is missing... AL-AWADI TALKS ABOUT THE FUTURE OF THE IRAQI DINAR" Pimpy There still seems to be some major confusion about what a real effective exchange rate is versus an actual nominal exchange rate...A Real Effective Exchange Rate is for assessing its trade capabilities...an increase in the nations REER is an indication that the exports are becoming more expensive and its imports are becoming cheaper. It is losing its trade competitiveness. So the REER is used to check out its competitiveness with other trade partners. That's it...It's not the same thing as a nominal exchange rate... Frank26 Iraq is a sovereign nation now with a sovereign currency. Therefore IMO Sudani goes to Washington to deal with Monetary Reform and banking advancement... Some banks are willing to talk and say a little bit... I respect those banks. The banks that are telling me that, 'No we don't know anything. No, it's a scam. No, it's never going happen.' ...I will never do business with those banks. Never... I'm going to start with Chase... Then we can go to Well Fargo... MarkZ Iraq now has full control of its funds and one of the requirements now that it has control of its funds... to pay back the United States. It cannot do that at a rate of 1310. But it can easily do it with a value change. I believe the next 10-11 days are going to be huge.

MarkZ A big thing that just happened is the reopening of the pipeline between Iraq and Turkey. They say it can handle an unlimited amount of oil. This is huge for the amount of oil they are exporting. This means more money for their currency. Mnt Goat Q? : Does Iraq need the Oil and Gas law in place prior to the RV? I have to tell you that there is nothing in the 2011 Dr Shabibi plan that tells us it does. Remember back in 2012-2013 he had signoffs from everyone and was moving forward. Did they have the Oil and Gas Law passed. Of course not. So, I believe anything is possible.

RON Pimpy I read this book [Quest For Good Money]...I kept playing with the numbers, reading my ass off... This is the formula they use [to determine the exchange rate]... The person that wrote the book said if they can get their inflation down, at it is down,...and they can catch up to their dinar price parity ...it should be at the pre-war rate...which is over $3.00. So I did the formula based on all the information they gave me, it came out to $3.56...I said wow, that's going to be phenomenal ...that is worth getting excited about ...The study does tell you that there's no reason Iraq can't be the most valuable currency out there... The question is always going to be whether they re-denominate or not. It sounds like Pimpy has had his eyes opened a bit by this book. If not, the upcoming US visit of Sudani may very well be pivotal... Saleh recently stated he was unsure of the status of 1483 according to news articles...
