He added that "the legislative process will be difficult during the last legislative term because the deputies will be busy in the election campaigns and the presidency of the Council will be unable to achieve a quorum," pointing out that 'the laws in the previous sessions if not presented again to the House of Representatives and read the first reading and the second will be the case The rest of the laws'. "There are a lot of constitutional laws that the constitution has not yet enacted, such as the law of the Federal Council and the Federal Court," he said. "The federal court decides on major fateful cases, which are not discussed by the constitution because its law has not yet been legislated."
