A member of the parliamentary legal committee Zana Said, on Sunday, that many of the laws were not passed during the last legislative term of the House of Representatives and the concern of deputies in their electoral campaigns in addition to the inability of the presidency of the Council to achieve a quorum. Said said in a press statement that 'there are a lot of laws in the Commission and do not expect to be passed during the last legislative term,' noting that 'quorum during the last legislative term is difficult to achieve in most of the meetings, only in the case of parliamentary mobilization on some laws because of their importance' .
He added that "the legislative process will be difficult during the last legislative term because the deputies will be busy in the election campaigns and the presidency of the Council will be unable to achieve a quorum," pointing out that 'the laws in the previous sessions if not presented again to the House of Representatives and read the first reading and the second will be the case The rest of the laws'.
"There are a lot of constitutional laws that the constitution has not yet enacted, such as the law of the Federal Council and the Federal Court," he said. "The federal court decides on major fateful cases, which are not discussed by the constitution because its law has not yet been legislated."
