Focused (Zain Cash) on the services provided to its subscribers e-financial solutions and through the application of smart phones, which is a quantum important quality because it contains facilities serving application users which can be individuals or institutions in the conduct of all financial transactions of deposit and withdraw and transfer money, and charge balances mobile phone in addition to the electronic payment for shopping lists or via mobile phone and the internet, which are characterized by a smooth and safe ways for users. It confirms Zain Cash through seminars and workshops that contribute to the set up with all sectors of Iraqi society "to activate the electronic payment market services and to ensure the spread of these services, particularly through an important and vital sector, but it is the education sector in Iraq," Given what possessed this sector of the qualifications and ability in the use of sophisticated technical means which can be through (Zain cash) to receive cash remittances and payment of annual dues scholarships to universities.
