The Director-General of the Budget of the Ministry of Finance and Economy Bayan Nuri said in a press statement that "after being informed by the Minister of Finance Ribaz Halaman to prepare a draft budget law, has been a period of time to send the book to ministries and departments to prepare a guessing budget." Nuri added that "the Directorate General of the budget directed a letter to the Supreme Committee for Oil and Gas in the Kurdistan region to determine the total revenues of oil and gas and its expenses."
