Frank26 IQD Conference Call Monday, June 10, 2013 Notes: BulldogFord65 • Frank began with his statement of faith, that he is a Christian, and began the conference call with prayer, followed by the shofar blast from Andy IQD discussion • Frank noted the article from Walkingstick “From the office of the UN development program implemented monitoring for corruption in Iraq;” this is a very important and powerful article; in 2012 our troops began to return to restore security and stability – this is extremely important; Frank and his teams are looking for security and stability • This article is important because this UN report “implemented” into something -- walks into Chpt 6 .... • Another article “The government decides to prevent the export copper and to establish a line to produce it and sell it to the ministers” is very important; copper will be mined in Iraq and will be sold to the ministers – this is part of a deal; in order to invest in the wealth of Iraq, the politicians are doing this • We do not bring names or information from other forums onto KTFAlways • The Premier of Iran closed the boarders to Iraq – this also is a powerful article; why? Because of powerful meetings that occurred over the weekend; remember that Maliki is from Iran • Maliki vows to carry out a census in conflicted areas, but the areas are conflicted because of Maliki; again, this goes back to a deal that was made in a meeting that occurred weeks to months ago • The Kurdistan Regional gov’t in Erbil had some meetings to bring forth this agreement, it was scheduled together with routine meetings, but then Maliki had a CLOSED door meeting with the PUK’s Pres Barzani, the regional security advisor, and the VP of the regional gov’t to discuss outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil • These people do not like one another at all, but they have all sat down and ironed out the issued • Barzani reported that issues with Baghdad are being/have been resolved; however, this was already worked out weeks or months ago, and led to the meetings this past weekend • Frank does not visit other dinar websites, however someone posted on KTFAlways regarding the passing of an individual from another forum who was well-known in the dinar community; Frank offered prayer for this man and his family • Bluestar interjected that this gentleman was a very gifted follower of the intel from Iraq, and in Bluestar’s opinion was very trustworthy • Last Wednesday, Frank told us about the upcoming meeting between Maliki and Barzani; I Team was moved from station in Saudi Arabia to Baghdad, and now I Team has been moved to Kurdistan; I Team’s purpose is security • I Team escorted some people to Kurdistan; on Thursday, Frank told us that a meeting between M and B will take place • On Friday, Frank reported on the meeting in California between Pres O, the Pres of China and Bush 43; Frank later learned that Bush 43 was not at the meeting • Frank showed a photo in the WSJ from today saying details will follow about this meeting between O and the Pres of China • On Sat night going into Sunday morning, I Team called and said they would be out of contact until Mon or Tues because they are being moved again; they are supplying security again in Baghdad for “some ministers” going to Kurdistan but there will be a blackout until Tues or perhaps Monday; no word on Shabibi’s whereabouts, I Team has had no contact with Shabibi’s team; Frank asked if they have anything else to say? Reply: ”That which you look for is so close we can smell it” • Sunday morning into afternoon, a lot of information came in, and more today; the meeting between Maliki and Barzani was ground breaking , but it was worked up to all year – the meeting this weekend was for display to the citizens of Iraq; the meeting was to show the citizens that the GOI now has stability; this is HUGE • Delta reported that the last 48 hours Iraqiya TV is non-stop reporting what M and B have done and what they are going to do; demonstration to the citizens they are united • The details of the meeting between Pres O and Pres of China not revealed yet; why? It was a deterrent; after this meeting, M and B met again, but this time not for show; the meeting with O and PM of China was to get everyone to look their way and not pay attention to M and B meeting a second time in Kurdistan • The second meeting is still going on, near conclusion; meeting #1 had an audience including many dignitaries and American bankers and it was remarkably successful; when all went well, the American bankers went into another meeting with 5 financial ministers, 4 from the Dept of Finance, and one from the CBI – not sure whom, but probably Turki • #1 meeting produced what was agreed a long time ago but implemented in this meeting: Article 140, the HCL and something Frank will disclose in a moment • Meeting #2 – not giving specifics on which bankers from USA attended; bankers also present from UK, China, Iraq, UAE just to name a few; what was done in the second meeting went unnoticed because of the diversion of the meeting between O and Pres of China • The entire environment in Baghdad has changed, there is much less tension, people are busy and going about business with a happy attitude • Notice the meeting between M and B occurred on a Friday – their holy day; I Team reported that it was being used as a cover up (3rd time this year) • Delta reports nothing new that we didn’t already know, they are still working on moving from chpt 7 to chpt 6; all the processes we’re seeing now are leading to lifting of Chpt 7; UN Security council will deal with Chpt 7 on June 27; understand that the budget was approved a long time ago • I Team gave a time frame of when they think the blessing will occur – they have not done this before; Frank asked why now? I Team said the change in attitude in Iraq • I Team reported again this afternoon that they got transfer orders once again – on Friday (again a holy day, using it as a cover), going back to Baghdad; with all that came out of the first and second meetings in Kurdistan, why come back to Baghdad, why not stay until the rate is released??? Bingo • I Team said on Friday, Barzani comes back to Baghdad, and maybe even Talibani (???pure speculation), and perhaps do the final things??? Talibani does not need to be there, and his health may not permit; I Team believes another meeting on Friday in Baghdad • Frank believes this 3rd meeting will tell us whether we have an RI/RV this year or not At this point, Eagle1 came on the call • Frank asked Eagle1 to respond about the posting of how can the IQD go from a program rate to RI rate to an international rate without going thru an RD in-country? • Eagle1 explained that the decision to include the IQD in the first basket of currencies was made several years ago, the fact that the IQD was under a program rate was irrelevant, the authors of the plan knew a systematic process would unfold and Iraq would meet certain processes and conditions that would lift the sanctions and bring the rate to a tradable and functioning position; he has seen a misconception in many of the questions asked to him which presuppose that a lengthy time must lapse between the RD and the RI; from a practical perspective, it seems the citizens would need time to adjust to the new “IQN” (the new international code for the IDQ), however, the IQN is doing all these things at the same time: 1) the three zeros get lifted, 2) the IQD gets RD’ed at 1:1 in-country, 3) the IQN is then released to the world for trading as part of the first basket • The new IQN will bring a lot of stability and asset balance to many countries in the world; we tend to be “economically myopic” looking at the IQN and what is unfolding in Iraq, however there are 198 currencies being restructured – some increasing, some decreasing, some restructuring; the IQN is a lynch pin in this restructuring but there is a larger picture; there are some enormous activities taking place out of the public view; it’s critically important to pay attention to the global business news; so much is taking place it’s mind-boggling, don’t just read the Iraqi news • There have been wild shifts in the IQD, VND, IDR; many have mistaken the tests of the Forex market in preparation for the RV as devaluation of the currencies when it is the opposite, they are about to increase • Protocols are moving rapidly now, Babylon II software issues have been worked out, and there are political situations; one thing that is very important for the family to pay attention to is the fact there has been some serious consideration to releasing all 198 currencies at the same time; Eagle1 asked his contacts what impact this will have to the USD – response is that the USD would devalue 50% internationally, this does not mean that bank accounts lose 50% overnight, rather the price for imported goods will increase and will be felt within a couple of months • There is a separate event coming in October which is independent of the global currency reset, which is the restructuring of the USD and the exchange for new currency but that is another discussion for another time • Many people have discussed the Bilderberg event in England being attended by bankers and banking families with much conspiratorial reports, however the discussion was more on how to handle all the changes which are coming and how to manage unstable economies which are on the verge of collapse; this meeting was not integral to the IQD or RV • Eagle1 reported on a comment by Stanley Crouch (CEO of Aegis Capital, an international investment firm) on Bloomberg speaking of a shift in the Euro and failure of the Euro to stabilize the EU; he made statements about many currencies being revalued and restructured, and about the Euro going away, being replaced with a new currency; he made a comment (not a direct quote) “we will go to bed on a Saturday night, a huge shift will take place and we wake up on Monday to a completely different economic world • Frank commented that in his opinion this is a powerful comment from a powerful man, it is amazing • Eagle1’s opinion that the GCR (global currency reset) will likely not happen all overnight, but something “scarily” similar Bluestar came on the call at this point • Bluestar commented on an article he posted on the forum regarding instability of the Euro and the EU • Bluestar asked Eagle1 to comment on the timing of the 1st basket and the future outlook long-term for the USD? • Eagle1 replied that in his opinion the GCR is so massive and if many baskets were combined, the impact on the USD would be greatly lessened; in his opinion, basket 1 is imminent, basket 2 is approximately a week behind, and basket 3 is days later; if this time frame is followed, the impact on the USD, in his opinion, we’ll see reduction in spending power, but if, for example, 100 currencies go at once, in his opinion it would ameliorate the impact to the USD • Newshound JJonesMX just posted an article: Iraq forums joint panel to stabilize the currency June 10 in a bid to prevent the fluctuation of the IQN against world currencies, the gov’t announced on June 10 that members from the Finance and Planning committees and the CBI have been formed, GOI said the committee will establish the dinar rate change level and prevents its value from dropping by backing with gold • Frank interjected that he just received a call from I Team (I Team cleared Frank to share this information): They are not waiting until Friday, they have been told to move now! They will bring Barzani to Baghdad, and in Frank’s opinion, this third meeting will tell us whether we’re going to have an RV/RI this year or not; Frank’s opinion that the meeting will be on Friday, and requested I Team to try to confirm (they have been using the Friday holy day as cover) • Frank said again there is no date or rate, and we must go to God in prayer about this investment, as well as praise God for all we see happening with our investment; in Frank’s opinion, June 19 is very interesting -- if the citizens get paid as promised, it will mean a new rate, and then in Frank’s opinion, the UN Security council will have no choice but to lift Chpt 7 on June 27 • Frank said he is not looking for the RV this month, he is studying the entire month – he is looking for the citizens to be paid, chpt 7 to be lifted, etc; it would be great for the rate to come out in June, it would be wonderful, but be patient and study, and take it to God in prayer! Frank then led the family in prayer, followed by the shofar blast • Andy asked us to keep our eyes on the prize, and the prize is God, not the IQD; the IQD is the icing on the cake; Jesus Christ and Father God are what sustain us! • Frank spoke of his father’s service in the Air Force, and expressed gratitude for all who serve in the armed forces • Frank played a voice message from Delta: (the audio was very garbled and difficult to hear): there is the calm before the storm, Iraqiya TV covering Maliki’s visit to Kurdistan and his meeting with Barzani; the citizens see this as a great development, there is stability in Iraq, and the feeling that something has to happen; Delta’s comment that based on articles speaking of the rate by “early June,” we still have 3 more days of “early June” remaining (to the 14th); Delta is still watching this week, the next 3 days are very possible in his opinion; Delta will be on Wednesday’s call unless something happens before • Frank announced the Tuesday Bible study topic, and asked us to think twice before doing anything, that ideas lead to thoughts, thoughts lead to decisions, decisions lead to habits, habits develop character, and character determines eternal destiny
