Adding that "the report will address the reality of sustainable development at the local level, by shedding light on the experiences of seven Iraqi governorates that have achieved success stories in the field of achieving sustainable development goals, and have also faced challenges that were not easy, pointing out that achieving these goals does not depend only on effort."
