Al-Kazemi stressed, according to a statement by the Media Office of the Prime Minister, that the school building plan should be comprehensive to all parts of Iraq, with a focus on rural and rural areas, which should have an important share of these efforts, and that work be on the priority of resolving the current bottlenecks in the use of School buildings. Al-Kazemi said that the pillar of a decent life for Iraqis is the importance of upgrading education and providing the appropriate environment and infrastructure, which is one of the first basic tasks for developing education, and among the government's goals and responsibilities. Al-Kazemi added that education is the real weapon with which nations arm themselves with the health system. The Prime Minister reviewed 10 models of modern designs for school buildings, which adopt the best international standards in this regard. The Prime Minister directed to study it and discuss the selection of the best and most appropriate among them.
