  1. U.S. Attorneys » District of Connecticut » News And Press Releases SHARE Department of Justice U.S. Attorney’s Office District of Connecticut FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Friday, February 26, 2021 U.S. Attorney Durham Announces Departure from Office After serving as the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut for more than three years, and as a federal prosecutor in Connecticut for more than 38 years, John H. Durham today announced his resignation from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, effective at midnight on February 28. “My career has been as fulfilling as I could ever have imagined when I graduated from law school way back in 1975,” said U.S. Attorney Durham. “Much of that fulfillment has come from all the people with whom I’ve been blessed to share this workplace, and in our partner law enforcement agencies. My love and respect for this Office and the vitally important work done here have never diminished. It has been a tremendous honor to serve as U.S. Attorney, and as a career prosecutor before that, and I will sorely miss it.” Prior to his appointment as an interim U.S. Attorney in November 2017 and subsequently as the presidentially appointed U.S. Attorney in February 2018, Mr. Durham served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in various positions in the District of Connecticut for 35 years, prosecuting complex organized crime, violent crime, public corruption and financial fraud matters. From 1978 to 1982, he served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the New Haven State’s Attorney’s Office, and from 1977 to 1978, he served as a Deputy Assistant State’s Attorney in the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Leonard C Boyle will serve as Acting U.S. Attorney upon Mr. Durham’s departure. “The Office will be in the extraordinarily capable hands of Len and our superb supervisory team who, together, guarantee that the proper administration of justice will continue uninterrupted in our District.” Mr. Boyle has served as First Assistant U.S. Attorney since June 2018, when he returned to the U.S. Attorney’s Office after serving as Deputy Chief State’s Attorney in Connecticut for approximately nine years. He previously served in the U.S. Attorney’s Office from 1986 to 1998, and from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Boyle is the 53rd U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, an office that was established in 1789. The U.S. Attorney’s Office is charged with enforcing federal criminal laws in Connecticut and representing the federal government in civil litigation. The Office is composed of approximately 68 Assistant U.S. Attorneys and approximately 54 staff members at offices in New Haven, Hartford and Bridgeport. 2. I'm not really sure the right order of how to put all of the pieces of this puzzle out there so that this makes the most sense, but I'll do my best. For years we've heard about all of the "outside" forces (White Hats, Global Settlements, Nesara, CMKX, Chinese Elders Etc.) that were said to be the big players as to when we might see an RV actually happen. We've listened to thousands of hours of worthless "intel" from every bloviating "Guru" imaginable, plus all the stuff from the likes of Casper, Poof, Fulford, Drake and so many others (not even including all of the galactic channeling crap) that I'm drawing a blank on all of their names, but you get the point. Now, in just the last month, I've reported here at DV on everything from the Pope's Vatican abolishment of elite diplomatic immunity to global financial bank shutdowns to forex pit traders waiting on massive currency movements and why everything seems so upside-down. The more I read, the more convinced I become that most of this is just a LOT of smoke and mirrors designed to keep the sheeple desensitized and appeased that "something" good (RV) is about to happen "tomorrow" (and it never does) so that we (the people) don't RISE UP and start taking back the control (by whatever means necessary) of this corrupt, runaway system that is bleeding us dry by the day. Now it seems that the system has become so bloated that it is beginning to crush itself under it's own weight and we are about to witness some unpresedented events in the VERY near future (details and links included below). Not only are all of the major Embassys being closed through Ramaden (how convenient) but now the word is out that HSBC will be closing bank accounts for all of the Diplomats in the next 60 days. I do not know who is pulling the strings (tptb) but I am confident that ALL of this is a PLANNED (false flag?) Global event. Whether it leads us to a (friendly) Currency Reset, RV and newfound freedom or a NWO takeover, only time will tell. One thing is certain: While we all sit here being distracted by an RV that is supposed to be happening "tomorrow", a MUCH bigger picture (plan) is being carried out without our knowledge. Something really smells fishy and I'm not talking about the Fukushima radiatied salmon in the Pacific. Take a look for yourself at the proof below and see what else you can come up with, maybe we can all work together to find the answer(s). Cheers. Worldwide Embassy And Diplomatic Bank Account Closures Aug 04, 2013 (CNN) -- An intercepted message among senior al Qaeda operatives in the last several days raised alarm bells that led to the closing of embassies and consulates Sunday across the Middle East and North Africa, CNN has learned. CNN has agreed to a request from an Obama administration official not to publish or broadcast additional details because of the sensitivity of the information. Several U.S. officials also emphasized they have been watching growing threats emerging from Yemen for weeks. Those threats, combined with the coming end of the month of Ramadan, plus the concern over several major prison breaks in the region, all contributed to the U.S. decision to shut down diplomatic installations. Officials shuttered 22 U.S. embassies and consulates for the day on Sunday amid fears of an al Qaeda attack. On Sunday afternoon, the State Department said it had extended embassy and consulate closures in 15 of the locations until Friday and added four other posts to the list. "This is not an indication of a new threat stream," the State Department said, "merely an indication of our commitment to exercise caution and take appropriate steps to protect our employees, including local employees, and visitors to our facilities." The widespread closure of diplomatic posts is an unprecedented move. http://www.cnn.com/2013/08/04/politics/us-embassies-close/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 France, Britain, Germany close embassies in Yemen over security concerns PARIS, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- Following similar moves of Britain and Germany, France will close its embassy in Yemen for several days amid increasing security concerns over imminent terror attacks, President Francois Hollande said Saturday. During a trip to southern France, he said the embassy in Yemen will be closed for several days, adding that "we have elements that lead us to believe that the threat is very serious and other countries have also taken similar steps." http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/world/2013-08/04/c_132600308.htm Officials: Pakistan on alert for possible attack By CNN Staff updated 4:59 PM EDT, Sun August 4, 2013 (CNN) -- Pakistan's capital city of Islamabad is on red alert after officials received information in the form of an intelligence intercept of a likely attack on a high-value target, two senior Pakistani officials told CNN on Sunday. Air Force and Navy commandos are in the Margalla Hills that surround Islamabad, searching for suspected militants and guarding key military installations, the officials said. Among the buildings being guarded are the headquarters for Pakistan's air force and navy, the officials said. The officials, from the security and intelligence establishments, did not want to to named given the sensitivity of the information. http://www.cnn.com/2013/08/04/world/asia/pakistan-alert/index.html?hpt=hp_t2 Diplomats in Chaos: Havoc' as HSBC prepares to close diplomatic accounts HSBC bank sign The honorary consul of Benin said his mission had been having trouble finding a new bank HSBC bank has reportedly asked more than 40 diplomatic missions to close their accounts as part of a program to reduce business risks. The Vatican's ambassadorial office in Britain, the Apostolic Nunciature, is among those said to be affected. The head of the UK's Consular Corps told the Mail on Sunday the decision has created "havoc". The Foreign Office has been in touch with HSBC, stepping in to help diplomats open other bank accounts. HSBC said embassies were subject to the same assessments as its other business customers. They need to satisfy five criteria - international connectivity, economic development, profitability, cost efficiency and liquidity. A spokesman said: "HSBC has been applying a rolling programme of "five filter" assessments to all its businesses since May 2011, and our services for embassies are no exception. "We do not comment on individual customer relationships." The Mail on Sunday reported that the High Commission of Papua New Guinea and the Honorary Consulate of Benin have also been asked to move their accounts within 60 days. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-23565506 FOX: HSBC bank closing accounts for diplomats in BritainLONDON (AFP) – Global banking giant HSBC is closing the accounts of foreign diplomats in Britain and giving them 60 days to move their money, a report said Sunday. More than 40 embassies and consulates are said to have been affected, including the Vatican, with the decision being described as creating "havoc" in the diplomatic corps. The situation has been worsened by other banks refusing to take their business and the Foreign Office has had to get involved. "We are in contact with HSBC and the diplomatic missions affected, and have provided a number of them with letters of introduction, to help in opening a new bank account," a Foreign Office spokeswoman told AFP. However, under the Vienna Convention covering diplomatic relations, Britain has no power to force commercial banks to provide services. Bernard Silver, head of the Consular Corps, which represents consuls in Britain, told The Mail on Sunday newspaper: "HSBC's decision has created havoc. "Embassies and consulates desperately need a bank, not just to take in money for visas and passports, but to pay staff wages, rent bills, even the (London road) congestion charge." http://www.foxnews.com/world/2013/08/04/hsbc-bank-closing-accounts-for-diplomats-in-britain/#ixzz2b28TLSKG South China Morning Post: HSBC closes bank accounts of 40 diplomatic missionsHSBC has told dozens of foreign missions in London that it will close their bank accounts, an official said yesterday. The news has sent diplomats across the capital scrambling to find a new place to put their money. Bernard Silver, an ex-honorary consul who serves as president of the Consular Corps of London, said he'd been told by British officials that more than 40 different embassies, consulates, and high commissions had been affected. "The majority of missions are finding it very difficult for other banks to accept them," he said. Silver declined to name any specific missions, but the Mail on Sunday newspaper said that the Papal Nunciature - the Vatican's mission to London - was affected, as was the Papua New Guinea High Commission and the honorary consul from Benin. The newspaper cited an official at Papua New Guinea's high commission as expressing shock at the move. "We've been banking with HSBC for 22 years," John Belavu was quoted as saying. "For them to throw us off in this way was a bombshell." http://www.scmp.com/news/world/article/1294382/hsbc-closes-bank-accounts-40-diplomatic-missions
