Not varified. Your opine. RV/INTELLIGENCE ALERT – March 19, 2018 One source claims the RV was completed in Reno as of last night. All groups waiting in Reno were rumored to have exchanged including the Admiral. The Admiral was told his RV funds would be available this morning. The Yuan Oil-Gold Futures begins trading next Monday, a week from now. If recent rumors prove to be true, the major correction in the stock market will happen sometime this week. Another source claims the UST will announce the gold-standard next Monday, same day as the Yuan Oil-Gold Futures. This means GESARA would have to be announced next Monday which puts the RV timing some time this week before the major correction.

from another source... Guru chattels wants to know when the budget becomes law. Any rumors or articles to verify? 2-8-2015 Newshound Guru Chattels [...where does the budget business stand?] a real mystery to me...Parliament says they sent it to the Prez, but the Office of the President says not received? ...it makes me think that the budget is not "revealed" because there is real significance to the ratification of the budget this time. the constitution talks in terms of 15 days after receipt then it is automatic, but the constitution is silent as to a budget passed and sent, but not received...it becomes a question of when does the 15 days begin? "Such laws are considered ratified after fifteen days from the date of receipt by the President." what happens if there is not a "receipt"?
