But I don't know what's the rate, or if the rate is in it... ** Kaperoni If the dinar is ever going to go up in value it will be the result of Iraq building a private sector diversity economy. But only if they pass laws, encourage investment, and diversify away from oil. A country's currency exchange rate is never a random act. It's based on economic growth, GDP, etc. Only with the success and growth of Iraq's economy can the dinar go up in value.

The guy took the video and sent it to me. I was excited to see it...and I wanted everybody to see it...the only thing he said, the new notes will not be out before 2023. We'll see what's going on. He's my friend. He's from Iraq. He works in a bank... *** RVAlready Interesting situation. Apparently a new lower denominated dinar is flying around the dinar community. People are celebrating...If indeed the central bank was issuing five dinar bills well then that would mean the dinar exchange rate would have to be up there high enough to give us some type of value. Who knows maybe...1 dinar for 1 U.S. dollar. Maybe 2 U.S. dollars for 1 dinar...if a lower denomination was indeed issued then that would mean that a rate change is coming and that's what everybody's excited about... There is no zeros on there. That's a five.' All you have to do is look at the batch number. Blow it up and you can see the batch number and then you'll know exactly those are from the Saddam/Swiss era..[See video above]

The governor of the Central Bank of Iraq tells the citizens of Iraq "Work is currently underway with a number of sober International banks to create the necessary ground for banking cooperation with Iraqi banks" ...this is amazing! *** Mnt Goat So as foreign investors in the Iraqi dinar we sit and we wait to see what happens in the conclusion of this ongoing election saga. ...you can clearly see that it is Nori al-Maliki who is keeping the issue of the president and the prime minister unresolved. He is the key to settling this election... He is the bottleneck...The World Bank tells us it is ready to support the reforms as in the White Paper. We know what this means but Iraq needs a government to do move ahead.

I'm going to be curious to see who it is they support whether it is a Sadrist movement who...wants to make sure that the country is ran by the people. Or are they going to support somebody like Maliki, a corrupt government, which is actually who the New World Order likes to have in power because they're easy to control... *** Nader From The Mid East They know Kazemi and Seleh they're gonna stay in power at least for another year. *** Breitling If you look at the news for the average person in Iraq it's horrible for them because it's back and forth between the Sunni and Shia. But you and I are not watching what's going on socially in Iraq. No. [Frank26's boots on the ground contact reported last week that Sadr warned if the parliament was not dissolved by the 17th it would be doomsday - See Frank's post 9-9-2022] ...I don't think we're going to have the conflict that we're looking for on the 17th going into the 18th. *** Nader From The Mid East Next week they'll come out and say, 'Hey the reserve it's at 90-95 billion now.' Be ready for that too. The gold is going to go up by next week too... *** Breitling You've got to get it out of your head that there's a group in Iraq somewhere that doesn't want them to revalue their currency...which countries would not want Iraq to get into the Swift system? That would be Russia and China. So if there's any negative news I haven't seen any of it. The dinar crowd is so small, Russia and China hasn't put any effort or money into degrading Iraq's chances...

RON *** Mark Today you saw Nader talk about banks in Europe accepting dinar... [reference Nader post below] Why is this important? It is important because this is a mechanism they will need in order to take it when the value changes. This is really big and this is what we are watching start in Europe. I am guessing we will see the same thing in the US in the next day or two. When you used to ask your bank “Do you have Iraqi dinar” and they would say “no –we don’t deal with that at all” That is what is changing and that is big. Even though the value hasn’t changed yet…it’s a step toward that. They need to change policies first and then the value changes…that is what we are watching. *** Nader From The Mid East I don't know if you saw the news this morning...they start exchanging money with the European countries. That mean you can walk to France or Germany or Italy, any European country and exchange your dinar. The bank in Europe soon will be accepting it. If they come out with this news 'we plan to develop something with European Union.' Where does it go? The treasury. Let's say you go into one of those [CBI] satellite banks for Iraq here in one of the continental states...[Post 1 of 2] *** Frank26 And you say to them, 'I'd like to convert thees 3-zero Iraqi notes into American dollar please.' - 'Oh, we can do that! That's what we're here for.' Once they take your 3-zero notes where will the satellite bank of Iraq send those 3-zero notes? It goes to the Central Bank of Iraq. It goes to their reserves. It goes to their treasury. To expand it they need to be able to have more customers. How do you have more customers? You got to have a payment system and that payment system is the Swift system. You keep seeing articles where they're saying Sadr alliance group wants to go ahead and form the government and then in other articles they say they're not budging. You're going to see them go to war with each other. The one person I think people feel pretty comfortable with is Al-Kazemi. If he leaves his position man that's just really bad news... *** Frank26 Question: [Is Kazemi really coming to the Untied States or is that nonsense?] Kazemi has gone to many different countries that were against him to tell them, 'I am in control of my country. I am in charge of my country.' How many countries has Kazemi gone to? I love the fact that he's saving the best for last. I wish I was a fly on the wall when Kazemi talks to Biden.

RON *** Mnt Goat The concern I have about all this confusion in Iraq is the part about the White Paper...They do not have any funding. They still have the corruption in place with the Iranian puppet politicians and they certainly do not have a functional government either to go forward with many of them...Basically, Iraq needs a functional government to move forward... So any talk about an RV...is all nonsense at this point... The best we can target is January 2023 as this is always on the radar of the CBI... *** Michael Cottrell [Q? : People have been asking for a good explanations on the tiers?] There are no tiers... There is no such thing as the Gold Treaty. .... everyone will receive their funds at the same time. *** Militiaman ...The court has made recommendation to dissolve parliament. They told us that since the HOR was in violation of exceeding the constitutional periods, (For over 10 months.) they would be illegitimate in anything they do except one item, and that is dissolution of the HOR. RON *** Sandy Ingram Article: "Iraq's Supreme Court says it cannot dissolve parliament" This was a key demand by Shiite leader al-Sadr and his political block. The question is where will the political path lead next. *** Mnt Goat On Wednesday...the Federal Supreme Court rejected, at its session, the lawsuit submitted by the Sadrist movement regarding the dissolution of the House of Representatives...It is good news...Basically, it is saying they threw the burden to the courts to decide...It will have to be the second constitutional means to dissolve it which is for Al-Kazemi and the president Saleh to do it. Why have they not yet done it? ...I believe they were waiting for the court to render it decision first. So, will they now act? We wait and see.

Article: "Officially.. Iran is offering the Iraqi dinar in its local banks" The more people to use the dinar the more there is a demand for it...this is good. Think supply and demand...If you don't get the supply to cover it then that means the currency goes up in value. So far Iraq has done dang near everything it needed to do to increase the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar with the exception of having a stable government and a stable economy and avoiding uprisings. *** Frank26 [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY: Iran is offering and using Iraqi dinars in Iranian banks as of today. FRANK: That's why Kazemi and the leaders of Iraq went over to see the leaders of Iran and tell them you're not in control of my country anymore...if you want to be a part of my country you're welcome too....Mustafa (CBI governor] will be here and he'll tell you what you have to do. You can't steal any longer from our banks or our auctions. *** Militiaman Article: "Kurdistan Retirement releases salaries online next week" They are waiting on an agreement with the banks for a specific mechanism to distribute salaries on the 12th of this month.. Interesting way of putting it. "Specific Mechanism " They will have it all sorted electronically and on the new system. *** Walkingstick Iran knows, and has known for a very long time, that the Iraqi dinar is about to go up in value. Therefore Iran's attitude is slowly slowly slowly changing - that is better to work with Kazemi and the CBI and Sadr with value than to continue stealing illegally with no value.

I have not seen one single article, one word come out of the CBI [saying that]...They're always talking about how they're going add value to their currency. The government doesn't want things to get out...they don't want to show all this aggressive arrests... *** Pimpy The Supreme Court over there is saying they do not have the authority to dissolve parliament...I really do believe there's going to be a bad situation come of all this...the Supreme Court....will not dissolve parliament. They won't allow the president to dissolve parliament, therefore the only people who could dissolve the parliament are the people working in the parliament. Go figure. This is why things are so messed up over there.

Now before you panic…I believe this is a good thing. It forces continuity in the Iraqi government.

Thus when Iraq Central Bank has something to say we listen. Right now they are saying transparency is their new M.O. or mode of operation... *** Walkingstick [Iraqi bank gentlemen in US banks update] Wire transfers and money exchange is the goal of the [CBI]satellite banks [being set up around the world] and the third goal is collect as many 3 zeros as possible because these 3 zeros will not go back to the U.S. treasury but go back to the CBI to be destroyed.
