Good Evening Dinar Vets, here's an opinion & comment that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** MilitiaMan *** ...We have been told the Borrowing law would be set for tomorrow "Saturday". We have been told the committee needs the exchange data prior to the vote. Also, don't forget that we were also told that if the vote didn't happen, the salaries would get paid regardless, next week. Article: "A parliamentary committee reveals an upcoming meeting with the Finance and Central Bank for this file" Quote: "...the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance to discuss the fiscal deficit financing law," noting that "the meeting will deal with reducing the money ceiling within the law..." But, now...the CBI and PFC tell us the story. They are to discuss the deficit law next week. They tell us they are to deal with reducing the money ceiling. Well, if that doesn't make you smile... By raising the exchange rate data, they will be reducing the amount of debt. That is from the CBI...The horses mouth...Lets see what they do next week or in the coming hours even...

RON *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "AL-RAFIDAIN LAUNCHES LUCRATIVE OFFERS FOR IRAQIS TO DEPOSIT THEIR MONEY IN THE BANK" Each time in the past, when the CBI was proven to try to do the “project to delete the zeros” they had to collect these larger 3 zero notes and call them into the banks. We know why and its because they don’t want a bunch of overnight billionaires in Iraq. We know this will lead to the reinstate the currency. But first this part must be accomplished. This is not just my opinion or thinking on this subject but the past history speaks for itself. Folks all this news is falling right into what I have been waiting for...there are 3 articles from different sources on this in Iraqi news. So this is IMPORTANT..! When the CBI speaks, I listen..! -

They average about a week and a half between each reading...they are on track to have the borrowing law done middle of November ... that's the last thing we're waiting on so they can change the rate anytime after they finish the borrowing law...watch the borrowing law...

But again, I am telling everyone we still need to see more positive news from the Central Bank on this matter. We have gotten a lot of good news about meetings they have had on what to do to try to resolve the financial crisis. These meetings included much talk on alternatives of what to do with the dinar. Some wanted to put in on a float, devalue it, print more currency, so on and so forth...

*** MilitiaMan *** Article: "The Egyptian Prime Minister arrives in Baghdad tomorrow to sign "important agreements" ...sounds to be like there has or will be energy deals plus much more that require hard currency with strength to it. The IQD at the moment as we know is at a program rate, that doesn't fit the mold. Is that about to change, the citizens surely think so. I see this meeting as very timely and very well placed...Imo We are in a very good place...Imo..!

I am told the reinstatement is coming and that it is part of the currency reforms they want to put forward. It is taking so long to do it because they need the permission of the US to do it properly. The CBI is ready..! They will not go ahead with the project to delete the zeros until the IMF & the US gives them the “green light”. Then this will start the process. It is going on November already and so if they still plan to reinstate in January 2021 they better get going very soon on the PROJECT TO DELETE THE ZEROS, or this is going to be delayed once again... -

RON *** Jeff *** We're in a great position...don't forget Iraq is at their highest level of stability that they've ever achieved. Kazemi has gotten more done than they've ever gotten done in a long long long time. Kazemi's gotten more done just in the short period of time he's been there then the entire country's gotten done since they released the new Iraqi dinar. So we're in a great position... stability is the most important thing before that rate can change...

Well "cover" to me may mean a new rate is needed now, as the CBI has not exposed it yet. They printed new notes, not larger triple zero notes...

I believe they are looking for people to invest in Iraq's economy which is about to boom...He's not out begging for a hand out. He's looking for investment in Iraq because they are about to revalue their currency in my opinion...He's doing this so they have deals in place to hit the ground running..

RON *** Frank26 *** Not only are the citizens soon to have more purchasing power added to their currency but now the citizens will reap the benefit of the country's Oil and Gas revenues...they got their percentage of the oil rights as citizens of Iraq from the HCL. Not only are you going to have a raise in your purchasing power of your currency but you're also going to be getting every month a little something extra too...you're going to become a financial hub in the Middle East...this is Kazemi's and Trumps' work materializing in front of us.. RON *** MilitiaMan *** ...Iraq is now ripe for investors, as we witnessed with the IMF, the WB, WTO, BIS, EBRD, EuroClear, IBBC, etc.. All are in town to help the country be successful. I am very optimistic they have every intention to go to a market economy!! imo.

RON *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "AL-KAZEMI GOVERNMENT SUCCEEDS IN CONVINCING THE EUROPEAN UNION TO REMOVE IRAQ FROM THE LIST OF HIGH-RISK COUNTRIES IN THE FIELD OF MONEY LAUNDERING" This timing is perfect as they told us mid-October this might be finalized. So, I am told the US is next and may relieve Iraq from OFAC monetary sanctions as a result. Remember it is OFAC Sanctions that is limiting us from exchanging at the banks. Let’s wait and see what happens next.

RON *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "THE WORLD BANK: IRAQ STANDS AT A CROSSROADS AND ITS GDP IS THE WORST SINCE 2003" Quote: “LACK OF STABILITY, LACK OF JOB OPPORTUNITIES, CORRUPTION AND POOR SERVICE PROVISION REMAIN AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT RISKS SURROUNDING THE COUNTRY’S LONG-TERM GROWTH,” It’s not that they are not doing all these things but they are too slow to act. Also, these things should have been done already a decade ago. I think this is the point of the WB. We can see articles with the new prime minister al-Kazemi implementing programs to correct these issues. But it is an uphill battle all the way.

They have been told their currency is to strengthen and have been told they’ll need to be apart of that electronic system as, the new system is coming on line. That may very well be very soon from the sounds of it. Saturday (today) is a special day [it's the anniversary of the independence of Iraq from the British mandate.] If nothing changes it is to be Iraq’s new international day and by international law standards. That should bring with it full sovereignty...

RON *** Delta *** ...every country in order for them to be able to be part of QFS ...first of all they have to join the system. Second you can not manipulate your currency. You have to have a fair currency - a fair exchange rate - in order for you to join the QFS...looks like Iraq is included there...this is a smart and brilliant way President Trump and the US treasury for them to come up with this system because that's the only way you can force all the countries to basically come up with a true rate. And Iraq is included...excellent news...you can not do it with the auctions anymore or at a program rate... That's all for today folks ... Be blessed ... RON

RON *** Ray *** Article: "The Central Bank of Iraq decided, and based on the minutes of the Currency Affairs Committee meeting No. (6) for the year 2020 held on 9/23/2020" Quote: "Re-impose a shortage fine on the small denominations ( 1000 , 500 , 250 ), starting from the date of 1/10/2020 and according to the instructions of the standards for circulation and replacement of banknotes, and the mechanisms of counting and sorting." Reportedly, Iraqi banks are receiving new 250, 500 and 1,000 dinar notes and are using advertising to encourage hoarders to deposit their money with added emphasis on reading the "Special Instructions". -

RON *** MilitiaMan *** Article: "Trade and Communications discuss the implementation of the digital economy project" Get ready to be digital with a new system in place that will provide transparency. They say it is for a digital economy. Well, the last I checked the IQD is to be very big part of that equation. The taxes and tariffs at the borders will be digitized, block chain oriented. Just as they new IQD will be with the new print they talk about that will replace the 10k, 25k and 50k notes. There is change on the horizon and they will monitor it all along the way, 6 layers deep.. imo.. Look at the money at stake.. This country is about to explode in value. imo.

RON *** Jeff *** Article: "Parliament Finance expects the 2020 budget to arrive in Parliament in two days" They're telling you they have not shown or revealed the numbers publicly...IMO they have to hide the figures of the budgets because it's pretty much calculated in the billions not trillions because it's calculated off the rate change. Budgets don't contain rates. Budgets are calculated off the rate change. When the rate changes the budget transitions from trillions of dinar down to billions of dinar. That's the deletion of the zeros off the rate...they're hiding the budget figures because it's going to be calculated in billions not trillion and it's to hide the freaking rate change... everything is lining up right before your eyes.

But when the window opens for the 2020 budget to be complete it will introduce a new rate. It can certainly happen in these next three months IMO. The "operational budget" was recalculated a number of times. The exchange rate was recalculated over and over again...the 2020 has the new rate but the new calculation of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate are ready if this window opens...The key is Iran...When will that window open? I believe they have the security and stability right now for that window open wide open. I believe we are seeing it busting open. I can hear the glass breaking and hitting the concrete...the calculations for the 2020 budget are complete and wanting to be activated at a new exchange rate of 1 to 1. And it only goes up from there.

Quote: "a banking plan has been developed that will develop the Central Bank's work, strengthen the national currency and address negatives in cooperation with the court..." We also know from a contact...over there that starting in January there's going to be a lot of forward movement by the banks in compliance with the Swift system making information more readily available to international investors...there are a lot of things indicating that there's a great forward movement going on. I think that meeting he [Kazemi] had with Trump was kind of like the kickoff for a whole new game that's getting started there. I'm quite excited. I really am quite excited to see to see all of these things moving forward after being in this game as long as I have...It looks to me like we have such forward movement that the time for our investment coming to fruition is near at hand...

RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "An expected session of the Iraqi parliament next Saturday" Next Saturday is going to be interesting...There's a lot of laws that need to be passed and they need to be passed pretty quickly because some of it affects what's going on in the budget. Some of it affects what's going on next year in the election.

This is my opinion but it sure is rather self-evident...we are at a position where they're talking about the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar vs the American exchange rate. It's not conjecture. It's not a thought. It's not a dream. It's not Evan a fantasy. It's not science fiction. It is a thesis, a study that has reality in it...[Guru] Walkingstick and our teams are now looking for...an article from the CBI explaining the relationship between the Iraqi dinar and the American dollar at 1 to 1...

They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy *** Article: "100 U.S. Dollars is equivalent to 100 Iraqi dinars...Is it possible? An economic expert answers" That would be a 1 for 1 exchange rate...it looks like what she's saying...is they want to improve the value of the currency so that they could do the lop and then turn the exchange to one to one. What does that mean? For every 100,000 dinars would be worth a hundred dinars...lopping off the three zeros is once again the talk of the town...for you newbies that's a very bad situation if they do that. So for every hundred thousand dollars they would reduce it down to a thousand dollars and then give you a one for one exchange. So you would get a 1000 for every 100,000...I don't think they're going to lop the zeros off. I don't think they can afford to.

They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** MilitiaMan *** The 2020 budget is not off the table yet, imo. The cannot legislate (enact) it yet. It is not to be looked over. It has a purpose with it... the Cabinet to finish this week and then the Parliament will see it next week...All to be done within or over the legislative time frame of a two week period. They already have had one special session on it already. Most likely imo the 2019 FMLA is inside it, thus, it is being timed accordingly. Lets not forget the electronic systems to be in place at the Borders and the GOI. They need to fire once they decide to go international or expose a new exchange rate. They will need to be transparent. Thus, we see the adjustments being made to personnel in 8-9 key places. They include the CBI. All still looks very promising...imo.
