RON Militia Man We have a couple members that speak fluent Arabic...They come in on occasion and talk to me...or I reach out to them...to see if they can reach out to the tribal people or people that they know that are working on the ground...What I learned was...He gave an example if you're taking a credit/debit card from a country A to country B and it works, meaning you have the ability to transfer money from one country to another on your card, ...you can swipe your card into an ATM and get money, let's say you're [Iraqi], if you're in a different country and you can swipe your card and get dinar or convert [Iraqi dinar] to Jordanian dinar or you can go to Saudi Arabia...the United States... It sounds like you're going to be able to use a new electronic card across borders. If this is an international card, showtime is about to being. Realize that's article VIII compliance with the IMF. They don't want multi currency practices...You got to read these articles...and you have to paint a picture. It's not easy to see. It's really not, but you know what? We can and we're seeing it.

Then they are converted to IQDs because they are phasing out the dollar. This equals phasing out the auctions. Everyone will only use the IQD in Iraq.

RON MarkZ There are a lot of rumors about tomorrow. I’m trying to stay calm and see what happens. Pray that hopefully this is it. Clarification of the truth of the claim" Ultimately they are moving stuff into the new bank and I think that's heck of a timing for what we're expecting. It would be very apropos for Iraq to make a move when the central bank is ready to go. If that's the case now, it sounds good to me.

RON Sandy Ingram Iraq faces 2025 fiscal squeeze as declining oil prices put immense pressure on the nation's budget which has been heavily dependent on oil revenues for decades. The International Monetary Fund has recently issued a stark warning to Iraq cautioning the government's 2025 budget projections may be overly optimistic leaving the country vulnerable if oil prices continue to slide. The Iraqi government has budgeted for crude oil prices to remain stable around $85 per barrel but the global market has seen a recent dip with prices hovering closer to $70 per barrel. Without a substantial increase in non-oil revenue the country may face a fiscal squeeze in 2025. Clare Article: "The Central Bank moves its secret vaults to its new building.. The new exchange rate will be with the new monetary reform. This census is important.

RON Walkingstick Billboards with lower note pictures and explanations about them, if that was true, if that had any possibility, then the moment that would happen would cause...there cannot be a gap between when they show it and when they release it [the rate] IMO. Once they show [them], the time frame for them to release it [the rate] would have to be extremely short. There should be no gap between the two events. It should be simultaneously. RON Militia Man Once the dollars run out because there's no more smuggling going on, the new digital transformation has taken place, the new systems in place, the dollar itself in the country is going to drop up quickly. They change the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to be stronger than the U.S. dollar that [black] market is going to tank. A lot of people are going to be painfully hurt. It's their bad. They've been warned...The bottom line is the black market is about to take a beating. Supply is running short with the dollars. They've been put on notice...It looks positive for all of us. And now for some Wolverine I went to a meeting and was told it was defiantly happening. Don’t know when, but it is definitely happening. I am not allowed to say much but we will certainly have a wonderful Christmas. Although this is typical BS, it would make a wonderful Christmas present. -

RON Mnt Goat My CBI contact told me there is a planned meeting next week with the director Al Al-Alaq to review the status of the committee work and plan out the next phase of the project to delete the zeros. I was told that the CBI will no longer be supporting the currency auctions come the end of the year. She told me they are now working on many more foreign banks besides the already arranged four (4) U.S. banks that are going to also come into process of supporting the international conversion of dinar to dollars on payment of imports to Iraq. Why would these other banks want to exchange dinars if they were not going to be worth something and globally traded? This news was VERY good news for all of us. It tells us there is going be some huge change in policy of currency exchange for international trade with Iraq. The means we do not have access to the digital changes happening in the country today. Saying it will make the dinar a base currency and a base currency is the main currency in a group of currencies that are traded in the international Forex... He's saying they are going on Forex soon. FRANK: When they talk to you about a base currency, they are trying to tell you your nation will become a financial central hub with many currencies coming in from around the world that will play an important part in the international float of the Iraqi dinar in order to reach the real effective exchange rate. Forex is but one example of how they will do this.

So why am I excited today when I read this article? They are now in the beginning stages of setting up these “cash centers” specific to collecting the stashed and hoards of dinars outside the banking system... this center receives all cash deposits only for all customers. [Post 1] Mnt Goat Remember...the CBI needs to shrink the monetary mass by two-thirds (2/3). It appears they are now beginning to bring in their hard currency to the banks for deposit. I was told [by my CBI contact] that this process is part of the Project to Delete the Zeros and her committee is now working with the banks to retrieve this hard currency. The fact they bring up this rate tells me they want to talk about our new rate against it. FRANK: They are talking to you about Kuwait because they need an example to show you what is about to happen to your currency, your purchasing power, to show you what is going to happen to your exchange rate. There will be a change coming.

RON Pimpy I'm not saying they're going to devalue the currency right now. What I am saying is if they stay below $70 per barrel of oil for the medium term, you can see them devalue the currency. I don't think it's going to happen anytime this year because the year is almost over. I'd be a little nervous going into 2025. RON Mnt Goat ...recently they have told us this electronic platform is going away at the end of 2024. Corruption and money laundering is now all ending, and has to end, or we will not see any reinstatement. The instrument to do this is the Electronic Banking practices. Having the US Treasury inside of Iraq now helping with all these banking reforms is a VERY good thing not a negative issue. It is absolutely going to push the RV process for us. We might even say it is the LAST piece to put in place in the RV puzzle to clearly see the end to this RV saga.

FRANK: That's right. They can't steal the money through that method anymore. This is fantastic. The American dollar and the dinar are now being protected from those that were stealing it, from Iran. Because that was the US Treasury's #1 requirement. We called it security and stability and so did Dr. Shabibi.

They told us in an article that the WTO requested some changes to the law. In this same article, they told that this was the ONLY issue holding Iraq back from full accession... So, what pops out in the recent news. The Article is titled “PARLIAMENTARY ECONOMY COMMITTEE DISCUSSES AMENDING THE “INVESTMENT LAW”. The Iraqi legislative arena is currently witnessing intensive discussions about the fourth amendment to Investment Law No. 13 of 2006, as amended, in light of the significant expansion of investment activity in the country in recent years. So we may see this law very soon. Then the WTO. NOW, For The Mother of All RUMORS MarkZ I am getting many reports that payments have started. Reports that payments are rolling out to groups. But I am staying calm because I have not been able to prove it yet. But I am looking for proof that this is accurate. I am hearing this from many different sources. IF this is accurate, in the next day or two, you and I should find out when we can go in and exchange our currency - IF THIS IS ACCURATE. I am getting blown up with contacts saying they have let things go. I have heard this from a number of sources. STAY CALM. I am really trying to stay calm as well.
