Quote: 'Iraq has proven that it is free of money laundering and has been raised from the list of high risks...' They're off that list...international markets! Quote: "The European Union removed the name of Iraq from the list of counties with risk reading the fight against terrorism and money laundering...' They're off the list. Yes!...that's exciting.

What was it....$3.22...what's the "glory days"? The float...so we want to get it up to that level - $3.22. No you don't...That was 18 years ago you should add at least 10% inflation factor in it...let's float it up to $3.86...can we go past $4? yeah...when they reach the REER it has to hit a 2% compliance. They will reach it within 2% during the float. That is the goal..!

I'm not offering you a rate or what it's going to be when they float the currency outside the country. The CBI is. Because you're good students you already know the answers to all these questions don't you...The CBI didn't tell us anything/wouldn't tell us anything...but now they are...I'm telling you we are beyond close.

RON *** Breitling *** The World Trade organization is inviting Iraq, the Central Bank is modernizing in a big way, and then you have them going to other countries trying to set up branches so people can trade the Iraqi currency internationally... Breitling is inferring something is about to happen ... What does this all look like to you..? RON

He says...the CBI this week had meeting all week with chartered banks [about what..?] the process of deleting the zeros and a rate change. He knows this for a fact but he's not sure when. Looks to be in early 2022. The CBI is working behind the scenes and getting things lined up for possible rate change. FRANK: Everything is happening in the early part of 2022... I'm hoping Frank & Firefly are right...I'm ready for this to be over..! RON

What happened was the Iranian influence jerks said 'No, we'd like to protest the elections...' Federal courts what do you say about that? '...throw it out of court. It's a bunch of kaka.' FIREFLY: Says that the election was fair and it sets a date for the first meeting of the new Parliament...it should be from the 10th to the 15th of January. Hopefully they will agree to form the GOI, and they can get about doing the business of the Iraqi people, the UN will remove Iraq from Article VII and Iraq will move to Article VIII, then hopefully the CBI will implement the currency value change everyone is waiting for. RON *** Mnt Goat The news this period is all about the announcement of the election winners from the October elections in Iraq...The judiciary this week has told us they have rejected claims of any misdoing in the elections...So, Iraq is now on its way with a new government and I totally believe Al-Kazemi will have a second term as the prime minister...The reinstatement of the currency is within this timing also as it is optimal to do it at the beginning the new fiscal year. Currently we heard they are doing audits and budget reconciliations/ adjustments going back to 2003, something they have never done and we knew this would be a signal to us that they are serious about the reinstatement. WOW..!

RON *** Kaperoni Iraq's federal court ratified the election results today. There was no basis of any fraud. So now hopefully they can move forward and form a new government soon. Wow..! A positive post from Kaperoni..!

RON *** Frank26 I said when you pay off Kuwait that equals the float...you have seen many articles that are telling that they want to return them back to the 'glory days'. The 'Glory Days' is the REER. The glory day that they are returning their currency back to is the REER. Therefor that's why the education is now teaching them that their currency is not fixed. It's about to float because it has to reach the Real Effective Exchange Rate for their country...IMO the next thing that they're going to show them is the new small category notes in a sheet form and then after that float the currency...

I told you [Guru] Walkingstick's friend came to do this to his private bank in the United States...because of the fact that the Iraqi banks are now internationally recognized the Iraqi currency is about to float...

Digital platforms noted by the CBI, early. Thus, the next move is expected and that is move to a market economy. That will require an international exchange rate...imo...

FRANK26: BINGO! The program rate has nothing to do with stability...Stop and think about this...those reserves are not based on the program rate those reserves are based on the education they've been telling them - the new small category notes, the new denominations, the new exchange rate.

Key word is “OPEN”!!!. Meaning global markets... imo..!

RON *** Newshound Pimpy *** I don't think there's going to be any RI or RV called by this weekend. I know you guys are being told that on many sites. I could be wrong. We'll see. But if that's the case, we know know that the United Nations has to go ahead and fully pull Iraq out of Chapter 7. They could do it all at one time that's always possible...but, there's no indication that the rate is going to change by this weekend...there's no evidence or proof out there at all. Having said that, that doesn't mean it's not going to happen, it's just not going to happen by this weekend...But it obviously does look like they're attempting to do something very shortly with the Iraq dinar...

RON ** Newshound Pimpy ** I'm watching some interesting wording in some of these articles that make you go, man!? ...I keep telling people it's going to go up in increments but a lot of these articles appear to be pointing at an RI or an RV and trust me when I tell you I don't say that lightly because I don't fall for that. I think they're going up in increments... Article: "The central bank reserves jump to 64 billion dollars and an important US decision is awaited by Iraq" This is one of those articles...which gives you the impression that they're definitely going to do some type of RI or RV. One of the things that helps strengthen the currency is your foreign reserves. How much you have does play a big part of it... Quote: "an important U.S decision is awaited by Iraq." Like the removal of Chapter 7 hopefully? This is huge for the international reserves. That's a big amount of money.

If you end up losing 40% to 50% of your gain you know you just shot a great big hole in your financial boat..It's not necessary at all...Here's the scenario - ...The announcement has been made. You run to the bank and you exchange [Your IQD] right there. You get it in dollars and you get it immediately (you may also have to wait if it is a significant amount). What that does because it went...from the bank to your hand, that was a taxable event. Therefore you're exposed it to ordinary income taxes - the highest rates possible...So you need to plan ahead and have a strategy. [NOTE: Consult your tax professionals at the appropriate time to determine the correct tax for your unique exchange strategy]

AND THE 2022 BUDGET MUST BE A QUALITATIVE BUDGET THAT MATCHES THE EXPECTED HIGH REVENUES" I will add that if oil prices rise to $100 we may very well see the IQD rate initially at over $5. That would be wonderful, but it will definitely NOT come out at anywhere near that value, even if oil is at $100/bbl. The Goat is dreaming...IMO..! RON

He's saying Iraq has allowed the British banks to open inside of Iraq to help facilitate trade between the two countries. Then the CBI governor said this new bank from Britain is just one example of many opening up across our border and the fact that we now have taxes that we collect and that we now have customs that we collect because all of this was needed for the white papers and the economic reform...the Finance Minister is on the news...he says that Iraq needs to review the exchange rate in early 2022 in order to make the white papers reach the maximum effectiveness. FRANK: All of these things they're telling is just to prepare you for your new exchange rate and your new small category notes...

It's looking like things are falling into place. We really want to see Al-Kazemi in there. They told us the reason why everyone's leaving is because we have full sovereignty. FRANK: Wow..! RON *** Mnt Goat Article: "THE MINISTER OF FINANCE REVEALS THE POSITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY ON CHANGING THE PRICE OF THE DOLLAR AND PROMISES ABOUT THE 2022 BUDGET" Everything I am hearing and seeing in the news from Iraq is now telling me that there is a very good opportunity to reinstate the dinar in early 2022 with possibly the project to delete the zeros in mid to late December 2021. Yes, it is looking real good..!

RON ** Frank26 ** [Firefly boots-on-the-ground Iraqi TV update] FIREFLY: The finance minister is on our television and he's saying positive signs of currency adjustment are now shown in the budget and in the white papers...and the '22 budget will reveal the support of this. FRANK: It's important...that you understand...the governor of the CBI tells the Iraqi citizens the monetary reform is complete. Now he comes out the next day of when they're going to do the 'pros and cons' of why they're going to do the monetary reform...and he says the currency adjustment that we've made is now showing and the only place that could be showing is in the budget. He says the '22 budget will reveal and support this...I'm all for that..!

RON ** Pimpy ** When the revaluation or the reinstatement happens it'll be announced. You'll hear about it. Before you can even do anything you have to wait until the restrictions are lifted off the banks for you to go ahead and go in there and exchange your currency. There are some steps that have to be taken first and foremost. I would imaging your biggest clue would be if a bank starts all of a sudden allowing you to purchase and sell Iraqi dinar - something must be getting ready to happen - because right now there's a restriction on the dinar. Most all banks will not buy it, will not sell it. I do believe Chase Banks are an exception. They will buy it at the current rate but that's it. Plus exchange fees "if" they actually buy them. Ron

RON *** Pimpy We're still waiting to hear the results of the election and audits. Then we're going to wait for the new formation of the government. Then the United States is going to be leaving Iraq. These are all major things. As long as some big huge terrorist group doesn't go in there and overrun the country like we see in Afghanistan then we should be fine. Iraq will be getting their sovereignty back. They keep rebuilding their country. Keep investing in the private sectors, get away from oil dependency and stick to the reform papers because obviously it is working. As time goes on we're going to see the dinar IMO go up in increments. I know everybody's expecting an overnight RV or RI I'm not saying that's not going to happen but most likely what's going to happen is you'll see the dinar go up in increments.
