LOL..! Nobody knows until we get there…I am being pressured to stop talking rates…so will do that soon. That day is coming and coming quickly. But for now…still hearing about $2-$2.25 for the Vietnamese dong…bankers still think I am a dollar or two low…I hope they are right and I am wrong. Same old BS from Mark - he's been spouting numbers for years, with nothing ever coming to pass. Besides, what bankers are going to talk with him about something no one knows about..? RON

When you limit the supply the price automatically stays the same or they go up...at the same time this limits the monthly income Iraq can experience thus affecting Iraq's financial status...the OPEC group decided to start applying this reduction in November of 2022...

Within a few days of selecting a new Parliament there will be new global forex rate for the IQD announced. Iraq has the new Parliament ready now so it won't be much longer. Meaning it doesn't get the favored tax treatment that a capital asset would...the taxes due will be calculated by your person tax bracket and your marital status when you exchange the IQD for the USD...the maximum taxation on IQD exchange would range from about 37% for the federal and then you have California that wants to add 13% [or what your state wants] more so you're looking at 50% you're gonna lose... [NOTE: - Consult your financial and tax professionals at the appropriate time to build the most advantageous tax and exchange plan for your unique circumstances.]

RON *** Kaperoni All of this nonsense about a new exchange rate, paying people in dinar, new contracts. It's all just bullshit..! A country's currency exchange rate is based on the economic growth it's not a random act. Only with the success and growth of the economy can the dinar rise in value...If and when it floats it will rise gradually based on the success and growth of the economy.

'Do they still have the 3 zero notes in them?' Yes. 'They don't have the NSCNs in them yet? No. 'Well then that means that they're gonna just stay with the 3 zero notes frank. RON *** Mnt Goat On Wednesday, the Iraqi parliament approved the “Emergency Support for Food Security and Development” law...Folks, this law has very little significance on the project to delete the zeros and the reinstatement...I can tell you with 10000000% certainty the new RV rate is NOT in this new food security law... This is kind of obvious, since there has been no change in the value of the IQD. If the new rate was in the FSD Law it would have been revealed by now and put into effect..!

I have proof (?) that the reinstatement was planned for January but was delayed due to security issues that I can not talk about... But now it is May already and I am hearing (from where..?) that all the preparations are in place and the IMF and the US Treasury are just waiting for the final push to do it...(I thought the CBI is supposed to do it...LOL..!) This one stretches the boundries of rumor ... surprising coming from the Goat..!

Then the economic experts came on TV and said it's time for Iraqi citizens to share in this wealth and Iraq needs to show the true value of their currency. RON *** Pimpy Sadr gave the Coordination Framework 40 days to try to form the government. If a new government is formed we know Sadr did not have a part in that. It looks like Sadr's 40 days are at the end or have ended so we're about to find out what it is that Sadr had in mind. Some type of announcement should come out.

In fact, it was said that everyone enjoyed the taste of the Iraqi cake, and shared it with "qastas". Al-Maliki described the majority government as "the lifeboat of the political process." Or do we believe Mr. Nuri al-Maliki, who says in 2022 that only the consensus government will save Iraq, and that the majority will lead us to the unknown. The issue of consensus and the majority was not without some humor, and among these painful jokes, the poor citizen finds that the country is going into the unknown, and that the elections will not end, and that everyone is determined to get everything he wants. Mr. Al-Maliki is well aware that people hoped to build a society that accommodates everyone, but the reality says that the country is no longer accommodating only those with loud voices, and this is what made the logic of exclusion or cancellation apply in political life that no longer bears anything from politics except its name only, as it turned into A commercial agency is managed according to the logic of spoils, and the battles waged by Al-Maliki and his associates are not over building a real political system, but over who gets the privileges and benefits of the deal.. For some, politics has become reduced to a position, contracting, or a seat in Parliament. Repeating slogans and chants does not reassure others, because the logic of Machiavellianism controls all the positions of Nuri al-Maliki, not to mention the opacity that hangs over most of the positions and the uncertainty that engulfed most of his steps in power. Mr. Al-Maliki.. The real dialogue is in spreading the concept of citizenship, fighting corruption, and the just rule of law over everyone. Otherwise, your speeches and slogans will bring us nothing but disasters that will continue even if you hold a million dialogue sessions with the heads and dignitaries of the clans. It is unreasonable that the political forces tie their hands In front of the people and treat them as second-class citizens. For all this, I ask Mr. Al-Maliki to resolve his position and declare it clearly. Is he with a real partnership, or is he seeking to build a one-party system, one vote, and one leader? Most important of all, he must be prepared to pay the price of marginalizing and excluding others, a price that will inevitably be high. Unfortunately, Mr. Al-Maliki suffers from a deep problem with the Iraqis, for despite their sincerity and desire to follow his speeches, they do not seem to be able to solve the riddles of what he says, so we see him after each speech “come out” from the screen, explaining to his listeners with a gesture of his finger, so that they may understand .

RON ***Sandy Ingram Article: "Oil Minister: We seek to maximize oil revenues as soon as possible" The Oil Minister in Iraq says oil prices will continue to increase by the end of this year. He also is in the process of maximizing oil revenue in the fastest way and still maintain the stability of the energy market and Iraq's share of the world's market...He is singing the same song that other ministers from Iraq are singing...Iraq needs a lot of money to bring the country back...they are talking about everything but currency revalue or float.

RON *** MilitiaMan ...budgets can be considered to be an integral part of the society's needs to function and with out a budget in place it can be considered to be an economic emergency, that hurts the citizens, therefore, the caretaker government has the powers to satisfy their needs. The 2022 budget apparently fits the circumstances in the present time, as an emergency issue. That budget could be on the table this next week...

RON *** Militiaman Now that we are at the political crossroad with the GOI...Lets see if that red light of the politics gets sorted while we wait for that green light of the next IQD exchange rate to go live. There comes a time where the system will require the CBI to make an independent move and inter connect with the region and the world, and that move imo may precede the politics if need be. We shall see though. They didn't get this far to stop the bus, they have it fueled and fully tuned and ready to run... imo.. The Time is short from this view point..!

Article: "A rise in Iraq's oil exports to America in a week" The number of barrels of oil that they're sending to the United States has increased which brings more revenue into Iraq. As long as it's being spent wisely we should be happy about that...

RON *** Sandy Ingram Iraq exported 15.43% of its oil to 6 European countries during the month of February. Turkey 9.1 MB, Italy 5.1 MB, Greece 4.25 MB, Netherlands 2.05 MB and France 1.01 MB... as investors in the Iraqi Dinar we are hopeful these oil relationships and transactions will continue regardless of the outcome of the disruption in Russia and the Ukraine... *** Godlover Security & stability will come from a new seated government. I do agree, as everyone likely does, that the NSCN's will not work with a program rate. I wish I could believe the NSCN's had been printed & the training has happened & continues, but I have not seen any evidence of this. Certainly the opening of the 2022 budget will prove one way or the other.
