All of which are underlying issues to get a proper valuation based on real assets and not based off sanctioned exchange rate that is not an international one. It has been in sub-penny range for over 20 years now. It's Iraq's time to shine. Iraq's ready for full integration into the international arena.

Everything is actually in place to do business with the rest of the world. The only question is when (not if) will they complete the currency reform as planned.

These are my favorite articles in the news... It may at first seem imposing, but it will lead us to what we have been looking for all along...this move by the US is supported by the CBI and is in the plan as the next move that had to be made...It is going to set up the dinar for the future value.

RON 2-12-2025 Walkingstick [Contractor friend in Iraq update] IRAQI CONTRACTOR: I've been in all the executive branch meetings with the CBI. Right now the CBI is redoing my contract. In fact, they're redoing all contracts in Iraq because there will be a rate change soon. Also the CBI and the GOI speaking. I heard them at this meeting bring up that the CBI and GOI will now release the articles on the lower notes - the pictures... descriptions for the citizens to see... They used to pay us in American dollars, now all contracts are being paid only in dinars. To me the only important thing is my contact. That comes first. I don't care about their currency. I don't care about what they're doing with the purchasing power. As long as the IQD value they come out with matches the contract value they gave me in American dollars when they first wrote it to me, that's all I care about. I don't care about buying any stupid dinars. My profit is from investing in Iraq and there are no restrictions. The sky is the limit.

In other words don't just, if you're heavily invested in this, don't just walk into a bank with a big ole bag of money and say, 'I need to exchange all this.' Call them, set it up, schedule it, let them know how much you have. Ask them, do they have limits that you can bring in?. I'm not calling a bank. I'm going to call Wells Fargo's private bank. I'll be able to bring in all my currency at one time. I don't have to bring it in stages or in different intervals or anything like that. The CBI and parliament are very optimistic. 2-12-2025 Mnt Goat Article: "THE DILEMMA OF LINKING BAGHDAD TO TEHRAN: US SANCTIONS 'WILL DESTROY IRAQ' BEFORE IRAN" This situation with Iran has to be worked out. I am here to tell you that this is not pretty for Iraq. What will Iraq do? Will they comply with the U.S. request and work to stop these dollars to Iran or will Rafidian bank go under severe US sanctions? There is absolutely NO WAY that U.S. is going to allow the Iraqi dinar to revalue and float back on FOREX markets unless these situations are taken care of. In the long run we all should know that this is going to work itself out and Iraq will be successful it just may be a little later than sooner...this situation could change very quickly and we are not talking about years or even months.

This is a very good for us investors as we all know the value of the dinar has been greatly suppressed due to corruption and stalling. Yes, we all know and so does the CBI that this needs adjustment. The adjustment is coming but it will take political willpower to do it.

RON Jeff They're openly telling us they're getting closer to getting the budget schedules to parliament for approval but to do that they're waiting for the rate to change first...It's very good that they're telling us about it. This is one of the things I've been waiting to see right here, at least them talking about preparing to get the budget schedules to parliament and start the approval process. It will require three readings because it's budget funds. MarkZ I am hearing a lot of chatter that there may be an Iraqi rate change over the weekend. I am not going to ride the roller coaster but will be hopeful that we are seeing it that soon. But Trump is not in office yet, so stay calm. Jeff's post above pretty much negates Mark's crock of crap. I weasn't going to post it, but there was nothing else available, and it shows just how much he slings the crap. He makes the statement, then provides himself a way out. The only value he provides is when he posts articles...period..!

SENDER: My buddy said he got the pictures from his interpreter friend who goes out on patrols with him daily. The interpreter's brother works in a very small bank. RON Mnt Goat Article: “CENTRAL BANK GOVERNOR: OPENING EXTERNAL CHANNELS WITH FOREIGN CURRENCIES ELIMINATES THE BLACK MARKET” Central Bank Governor Ali Al-Alaq confirmed on Thursday that opening channels in foreign and Arab currencies achieves stability in the exchange rate and gradually eliminates the black market. We were told of the issue of the parallel market and my CBI contact told me that this had to come in par with the “official” CBI rate in order to make the in-country revaluation of the dinar possible, before the project to delete the zeros could occur. They said that the new correspondent bank procedure should eliminate the parallel market. The RV is going to happen, but first things first. [post 1 of 2] Mnt Goat This recent move with the correspondent banks should knock out the parallel market altogether first and put the dollar in line with the CBI “official” rate. This was needed first. Then the CBI plans to push out the new in-country CBI official rate we have been waiting for along with the project to delete the zeros. I just talked to my CBI contact Wednesday and this is what I am told. We just have to sit tight and see what happens next. I wish I could tell you more positive news. Militia Man The dollar auctions are what's the problem. That's where the corruption is and that's about ready to go bye-bye because [Alaq] said he's getting rid of the black market. The things he's doing is naturally gradually getting it done. I think by changing the exchange rate with Article 12 in the Gazette, budget being exposed we're going to find out. They're not paying salaries and not reopening the oil after losing $20 billion to keep the exchange rate at 1310. That doesn't make sense to anybody.

They have 60 branches, and they also have some in the eastern part of the state of Washington. They charge you $10 to exchange. From $1 to whatever. They exchange foreign currency. [Note: The official CBI rate of the Iraqi dinar has not changed.] Militia Man There's still some people out there that just don't want Iraq to move forward because the status quo, the way it's going, they're making nothing but money by stealing money by the government.

RON Walkingstick What we're seeing now is a very clear picture of the monetary reform and where it's at. Its process may have been slow but it is successful. The evidence shows the citizens are not going to fail and they are very eager to do this monetary reform as Sudani and Alaq have explained it to them. This year they were receiving the monetary reform education. There is still more education that will be coming (ie:) the pictures, the electronic boards. This is the ultimate goal of all these financial reforms and “pillars” Iraq keeps talking about. They are all just a means to the end. The end is the reinstatement, a by-product of all this hard work of financial reforms.

I just spoke with her and she told me there are no lower denomination notes being used. I asked her to ask around the hospital about lower denomination notes. She emailed me back and said she spoke with the Admin and they said there are no lower denomination notes. Pimpy Hydrocarbon law - I've been talking about this forever...What does the hydrocarbon law have to do with the exchange rate? [Other gurus] are not being very specific. They don't tell you how it's connected at all. Does the Iraqi hydrocarbon law pay money directly to the Iraqi citizens? The money...goes into different funds...designed to ensure each Iraq citizens residing in the country receives a equal share of Iraqi revenues. Iraqi citizens do not receive direct payments from the Iraqi hydrocarbon law. Instead they may benefit indirectly through various funds. They're not directly going to get paid...

They have already done 3 readings on the 2024 budget and we are waiting for it to be in the gazette, or they could publish a special Gazette - which is something they sometimes do. We hope the HCL will be in tomorrow’s Gazette. But mixed reports coming out of Iraq. Some say it passed, and some say it hasn’t.

RON Mnt Goat As investors we all...should realize that there is a deal with China and Iraq on providing oil at a fixed price. This deal was brokered by the US Treasury and it included pre-selling some of the U.S. oil credits to China at a fixed price. But these are credits and these credits only materialize when we, as investors then exchange our dinar. Yes, billions in oil credits. I talked about these oil credits when I described how this RV would be paid for...

RON Pimpy As soon as Trump won the presidency we all know he heard from 77 different world leaders. When he got on the phone with the Iraqi leader al-Sudani they took an exceptional amount of time. I told you Trump has plans for al-Sudani and Iraq to be a pivotal player in peace in the Middle East. He's not gong to ask Trump about what the exchange rate is going to be because Trump has nothing to do with it. That is the Central Bank of Iraq.
