Good Afternoon Dinar Vets, here's several more opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They are simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON ***** RVAlready No dinar on the US market would be a positive indicator, IMO. If I were Iraq, I’d be pushing to get the RV done this weekend. NOTE: Just for your information, there are NO IQD available on many of the currency exchanges. and the rate they are paying to buy back your uncirculated IQD is at $825 (CBI sell is $840) at Xchange of America. That's only $15 less than purchase price at CBI if the IQD were available for sale from them. BE EXCITED DV, we're close...! RON -

RON **** MilitiaMan Article: "After Coming Under Heavy Criticism...The Central Bank Stops The Currency Auction" Now add in the meeting with Alak and the President on financial ongoing's. Then think about the upcoming meetings to vote on Cabinet, then add in the ISX is scheduled to open again on Sunday, then there is the SFA for the 10th - 11th. All the talk about the borders, taxes & tarrifs, fees all being electronic, the contracts adjusting for shipping costs by 07/01/2020 need to be in place by then. Those things need an international rate and pronto!! The convergence is astonishing! imo ...

RON **** Pimpy ...There's a lot of things happening in Iraq that I can't help to think to myself I'm not sure how they're gonna do these things or how any of these are gonna be possible without having a currency that's not recognized internationally. I just don't know how some of these agreements that they're getting into are going to be able to be fulfilled without having their currency rate changed or at least recognized internationally. There is some type of conference that's coming up in July where they open up to the rest of the world to come on in and think about investing into Iraq. There is going to be a plethora of nations invited and I have a feeling you're gonna see a lot of them come. Having said that it's gonna be really hard for this to be accomplished if they don't have a currency that's recognizable internationally...

RON **** Mnt Goat Article: "THE NATIONAL: SENIOR IRAQI OFFICIAL LAYS OUT JUST HOW BAD IS COUNTRY’S FINANCES" So again we hear news about the necessity for Iraq to bring in investors and move to a private sector economy, taking pressure off the GOI to pay out these salaries each month. Why not let the private sector pay these salaries? But this will not come unless the investors flock in and this will not happen until they know that Iraq has a stable, global currency that can be easily exchangeable to their own currency of their country. When will Iraq reform their currency and get out of this program rate and 3 zero notes? They have gotten so used to surviving off the US dollar now it is hard to move from it.

RON **** MilitiaMan Article: "Al-Nusairi: Iraqi-Gulf economic ties are a step in the right direction for Iraq to return to its Arab depth" They have been vocal in recent past per Delta (in his opinion) that they have opened the ITB in Saudi Arabia - yet, as they are like every one else, they need an international rate to deal with... Looks like the game is at the 2 minute warning now... imo... They are talking about internal and external banking that interlink with each other... They know what to expect by now... imo... Oh ya! It is not a program rate. They are talking on TV a rate change is coming. Alak told us and have others the right thing to do is not devalue the currency but to give value to it...imo..! That is exactly what they are going to do...imo.

RON **** MilitiaMan Article: "The Stock Exchange announces postponing its sessions until next week" Fascinating they kicked the can down the road again... Allows for any necessary adjustments that may come their way? lol Yep, imo... With the CBIESD site still showing a massive change to the ISX Indice the chances of them coming back again at a program rate seem to be a no way situation, imo.. From today through June 4th. That is Thursday... Man things look good for us. If they need to notify people, from now through next Saturday could be a very interesting time to do so... If need be... imo

Radical as in the removal of three zeros and apply REER (Real Effective Exchange Rate)? That would work for me..!

RON *** Mnt Goat ...the reinstatement is not going to show up in the budget...There is absolutely NOTHING in the budget that is going to indicate an RV. The CBI can simply reinstate the dinar at any time and do not need a budget to do it. When the RV does happen the GOI will simply have to re-adjust and move along with it. We do know from the past the CBI would like to coordinate with the GOI and even get permission. But we see that the holdups and unresponsiveness of the GOI in the past have held up these reforms and so the CBI may very well just decide to bypass the GOI altogether and do it in desperation... don’t go the budget for answers but rather what the CBI is doing behind the scenes. So, we wait for news from the CBI and that is all we can do. I will try to contact the CBI next week and see if I can get an update from my contact... *** RVAlready [it's said that when the budget is opened the rate is is in there thus...our rv!] It is a bit complex, but, from what I know, the budget does not set the rate - the rate sets the limit on the budget. CBI must set the rate first. Just a matter of which gets published first…Probably not much time between publication of each one.

RON 5-29-2020 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat So where are we in the progression to get the revaluation and reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar? Like I keep telling everyone we are concerned about the “reinstatement” of the Iraqi dinar on FOREX in a tradable format. To bring this about the CBI will have to delete the zeros from the currency. This is when we go to the bank and not before. ...So far, the CBI has been very quiet on this topic of the “project to delete the zeros”. ...the CBI in the past usually gives at least a monthly update on the project? Now we have not heard anything for nearly 6+ months...They have told me over and over again that they fully intend to keep the Iraq citizens informed of this event. They have kept their promise in the past and I don’t see why they would clam up now. ...There is so much evidence that Iraq is still moving ahead with their intentions of international movement in all directions including the ISX and foreign investors.

So far we see the solution for May and June’s salaries was the borrowing from within the banks of Iraq. But this is only a temporary measure...I am hoping this is a wake-up call for Iraq to now move forward with its reforms in all aspects of non-oil-based revenue generation and allowing foreign investors to comfortably come into Iraq to establish businesses. There has to be some drastic changes and the new prime minister Al-Kazemi must be the one to make them...It may seem gloomy and doomy at times, but I see the plan playing out and taking shape...

In his tweet he's talking about they're tying to get Iraq back to the financial status internationally. Guess what happened? He just have [gave] an executive order and he ordered the Central Bank of Iraq with other financial entities in Iraq to implement and launch that ASAP so Iraq can regain their financial status internationally...the glory days...they have to activate whatever they needed to implement from the Prime Minister and the Office of Financial Ministry...this is just amazing. This is just unbelievable...

Then, moving along from that, banks are closed and a holiday ensues for five days to mark Eid Al-Fitr a time of giving. The mask of Covd-19 is in play.. Nothing like a plan-demic to hide what is in plain site. Very well orchestrated on many fronts. The one front that will usher our win, is what we await on now.... imo. No turning back once one jumps from the deck! That is where they are, in the air.....imo...lol..!

No specific time of the year. I don't care what everybody's telling you. At any time it could happen because it's an accounting process. It's all about the numbers...they tested this...they tested it in the markets - successfully. Their exchange rate was tested - successfully. What do you mean? The auctions, they shut it down and they've maintained their exchange rate... - successfully. They proved themselves. They proved themselves to be worthy to go international - to have the value to their currency lifted by the Fab 4. Therefor they are a go. They are ready to go...

RON ***** Breitling ...the CBI went to the IMF a long time ago with the parliament and said we want to get the Iraqi dinar to a $1.17... That was the proposal. That's what they wanted and the whole world knows about it. It's out there. The other part of that is the CBI can revalue their currency anytime they want without parliament saying anything...the parliament wants the CBI to add value to the currency - correctly though. They're not begging them to do it, they just want them to do it correctly. The debate is the policy on how to do that...The CBI can add value to the currency any damn time they want...it's starting to narrow down and it's kind of remarkable... RON **** MilitiaMan I think everyone by now should know that with all we have studied to date, we knew that this was to come at the end...The REER should follow in very short order. (Real Effective Exchange Rate) One more thing. We know they have been on film showing the destruction of large notes and in mass quantities!! That fact also supports the large amount of money spent printing currency and or minting coins, is the new issuance being reflected on the CBI site. WE watch for the REER.. Lets see what the days bring us... imo. [Q? : What Is the Real Effective Exchange Rate – REER? I mean very rapidly about the re-denomination, the monetary reform, the re-instatement of their currency...this article...that blew everybody up...what they're trying to tell you is that it's not that the Iraqi dinar is going to go down in value in fact a few days ago they said 'we're gonna print a whole bunch of currency' and the people in Iraq (my fireflies) they lost it!...look guys it's their job to confuse you...it's all fake news...the confusion seems to have ironed itself out in my opinion...today we see this article from the meeting with the CBI and the Fab 4 clearly explaining the true path of the monetary reform. The RD is becoming very very loud. They are implementing a new currency with a new rate...they're fully committed to raising the value of their currency...Where is the re-denomination? Where are we in that process? I think we're ready to see a change...!

RON **** MilitiaMan Just as Frank [Guru Frank26] has taught, and as even Dr. Shabibi has mentioned in the past, that there will be confusion and propaganda at the END GAME... There is only one real option they have and will do. ioo...As in, they will raise the exchange rate of the IQD by reducing the amount of Dinars to buy Dollars. There is a...chart from the CBI, is noted to have been updated yesterday. The CBI presently shows the public exposure of an increase in the money issuance. ...[Guru] Delta told us days ago...on the Arabic side of the CBI, that they did the increase in currency issuance, which means that what we believe from their data is to be the small category notes and or even coins. Now they are public about it on the CBI site. ...the facts...speak loudly imo, that they are just about now going into a market economy. Everything is ready and waiting. They can't do that with out raising the value of the IQD, imo... Looking hopeful ... Ron

Article: "A proposal on the government table to face the parliamentary economic and financial crisis warns!" Quotes: "raising the dollar exchange rate to face the financial crisis and preserve the hard currency is one of the proposals and monetary measures that the state may take to avoid the liquidity crisis."; "the flotation does not constitute an increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar, but rather we will see an increase in the exchange rates of the dollar due to the lack of its acquisition in the global market, especially with the decline in global oil prices."; "the flotation is taken in light of the stable financial conditions of the state, as well as the diversification of the economy and its dependence on resources other than oil." He is simply stating his opinion based on what seems to be happening in Iraq. RON **** Pimpy ...I told you al-Kazemi is no joke. This guy is already going for the rest of his ministry. The rest of his cabinet to be voted on before...the big holiday which is coming up here real soon. There is a lot of energy in the dinar community in hopes that the rate will change right on or before this holiday. I would be really grateful for that...I'm liking this guy a whole lot. Unlike the other people who drug their feet, man this guy's like look this is it. We're doing this, we're moving forward...looks like our boy Al-Kazemi is gonna get the rest of his cabinet members in there sometime this week or next week...

They really didn't talk about the economy this year at all until recently. Until after last week. That would tell you guys that there was a delay and it was the formation of the government. They had to get the government done and formed...they have resumed back to where they were from last year. Having an explosion of economic articles that pretty much tells us they're done and ready to go. They're ready to move forward on this rate change...they can't go any further now till the rate changes. ... Have a Blessed Day & Weekend ... RON

As I said before that once the good government is in place and oil prices rise we are going to see Iraq take off.
